Shine Salon is a wonderful salon! Each. Shine Salon is a wonderful salon! Each stylist truly cares about each client at his/her chair. The best part is you can replicate the style at home.

Susanne Post, owner and hairstylist, is excellent with color and haircuts. She has a unique cutting style that can tackle even the thickest haired client.

Sarah Shepard is awesome with haircuts and listening to clients. At our first appointment, I was nervous and had brought pictures. It really looked like the picture! Sarah is a master at blowouts.

Jaclyn is the leading lady in keratin hair treatments. Jaclyn was one of the few stylists using this treatment on clients. I get this service frequently and it cuts my drying time into half. She is an expert!

I recently went to Jessica and talked to her about changing my hair color. Again, I brought pictures and she did an amazing job. It was glossy and rich color with natural looking highlights.

If you want to look RED CARPET READY and feel like a MILLION DOLLARS....Jessica Mallum at Shine The Salon is your girl! I am a devoted client and proud to say she makes me look like the stars she works on (don't let her humbleness fool you, she is an EXPERT at photoshoots, music videos, etc). so whether it's a "touch up" & trim or complete over-haul.....RUN to her....don't walk.

The salon is modern, without trying too hard. It's very relaxing and CLEAN (I hate walking into a place that is dirty and the stylist's hair looks worse than any bedhead I could have....never trust someone who can't even manage their own hair....Hahha). Plus, go shopping right after....yay!

I followed Jessica Mallum to Shine because in the years I've been going to her, I've never once been unhappy with the results. She is conservative with hair trims and creative with color. I've known her for several years now and have watched her grow professionally... I have all the confidence in the world she can handle any hair treatment one could want!

Jessica Mallum and Shine The Salon offer the ultimate experience in beauty as artistry..... definitely recommended!

The salon staff is warm, accommodating (water or wine?) and very professional. The ambiance is minimalist.... and it really works. Cool music, a very relaxed vibe.

Jessica is one of the most talented stylists I've worked with! She is an expert colorist, but her styling/cutting skills are impeccable as well. Very personable, very good at her craft.

Up to this point in my life I've always been a cut-only girl..... considering some low-lights because I know Jessica is such a master. I have red hair..... been hesitant to color.... but I trust her enough to take the plunge!

Shine The Salon is a bit off the path.... address is 2209 Bandywood, but it is tucked behind in a little enclave of specialty shops! Coming from Abbot Martin just look to your left......

Great place for color and cut.... Great place, I recommned it! I only had good experiences there. Kim is a very good stylist, she knows color. I have thick dark brown hair and it was the first time I went to a salon in Nashville and was pleased with the color treatment.

Nashville's Best Keratin Guru. Everyone needs to see Jaclyn at Shine. She is Nashville's Keratin Complex Educator and specialized in Keratin Treatments. Every women needs one of these they are LIFE CHANGING.

There's a lot of concern going around about Keratin Treatments. So go talk to her and she can answer any questions.

I have had my hair ruined by cheap "keratin treatments" (from another stylists/salon) and she was able to get my hair back on track over the last 8 months.

I went to her after several referrals from people that I know. There is simply no one better than her.

Shine has fantastic stylists and a relaxing atmosphere. What a quaint little shop with a very friendly staff. I have been seeing Kristen and she always gives a great haircut. Color is always right on. I love the friendly, relaxing atmosphere. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Give yourself a treat and make an appointment; you won't regret it!

Best Salon in Nashville. After moving here four years ago and having a couple of bad experiences at other salons . . . I came across Melanie!!! Not only do I get the best cut/colors in town . . . but I always have a relaxed, fun, down to earth time. Always a WONDERFUL experience! Highly recommend!

STYLISH/EDGY HAIR SALON. I went to Shine b/c of the rave reviews I had read. I needed a change from my previous stylist who was in a total rut w/my hair. I decided I wanted to go short--a "stylish bob" was what I had in mind. I made an appt w/Sarah, (she has a rave review in the Nashville Scene) and she did an amazing job. It's such a fresh cut. It looks better than I could have imagined. Sarah also has an amazing personality--very enjoyable to talk to. The other stylists were friendly and complimentary of my new "do" as well. I would highly recommend this salon. The only downfall is location--Green Hills traffic is so awful, especially on Sat, and right after work. The parking is limited as well. Otherwise, no complaints! I plan to send my husband to Sarah as well. :)
