great service & helpful.
I came in for service, they droped everything to help me
was repaired while i waited and they offered me lunch
took maybe all of 20 mins.
thay gave me a bottle of aroma to try out (free)
they were very nice.
I have had my Rainbow E-two clean air system for 3 years it is my 2nd. Rainbow my 1st. I had for 15 yrs.
I did the trade up , I could not do without my Rainbow
Bad customer service. When I went in to L T Berry Enterprises today I was not treated like a person who was stupid. When I told them about the parts 4 to be exact which were both extension wands the hard serface part and the mop part. They told me that I should have refered to the owners manual for cleaning of the extension wands and if I had read the manual I would have known that all I have to do is bend the brisle part back together and it would fit again well I think that if the sales person did their job right they shoul have told me this instead of being told that the sales person doesn't know everything about the rainbow. When I asked for another demonstration on how to clean the filter because I had forgotten I was told that I only needed to clean it every 6 years contrary to what I was told during my in home demo. I was told that by the time it was time to clean it that I would forget how to clean it. Then they wanted to know if I needed anything else let's see NO! Be ware when going in to see them they are not people friendy.
