When we were looking for someone to clean up our rescue dog, Cash, I was disheartened when everyone was charging crazy amounts of money for just a bath or they wouldn't accept a dog his size (lab-mix). I found this place just by chance online. She is super nice and always fits us in on the days we need. We live in Springfield and work in Nashville. So even though she is a smidge out of the way I wouldn't take him anywhere else because she let's us drop him off early and pick him up later because of our work schedules. Cash always smells and looks beautiful when we come to pick him up. I highly recommend!!!!!!

Sweet groomer, excellent prices, Glad we found her.. Michelle was very sweet to us. We have three dogs. One is an older dog and needed to be in and out quickly. She accomadated us and made us feel special. Our dog loved her and we will be back. She should charge more. Our cuts were $10 higher at other local groomers and she did all the extras free. Our dog's cuts were lovely and she followed our instructions. Our dogs stayed with Michelle over the holidays and they were happy and healthy when we returned.

Always satisfied. Michelle is a wonderful person, I have 3 dogs and she always does a wonderful job on their cuts. She has keep them for me on when I have been out a of town....I have had to call her at the last minute and she has just been great about! Love her, it is the only place I take my babies.

Passionate Kindness. The experience is worth the drive to Pleasant View from Nashville. I arrived unannounced at 07:00 am to find my pet on her second walk of the day! My pet was cared for in a kind, loving manner. How do I know? It was obvious that my pet loved Shampoochies and the feeling was mutual. I have no guilty feelings about leaving for work or vacation when my pet boards at Shampoochies. The prices are also reasonable. If you have the time to make the trip to Pleasant View, Shampoochies will make it worth your while. Your pet will love it.

The best groomer and boarding too!. This is a great place to bring your pet! Not only is her grooming impeccable, her personal, friendly and caring service while boarding your pooch, is among the best! They are always willing to go above and beyond to accommodate their clients. We are treated with care, as are all our dogs, each and every time they stay there! They walk them and give them one-on-one personal time. If you want a friendly, home-town, personal care for your animal, this is the place. She also has a very close relationship with the best vet in town and the vet is in close proximity to their facility.

Kind, understanding people.... Michelle Perry is a very patient and warm person. I can't express enough how kind she is, even when I made an error on a rating that was meant for another business. If I lived in Pleasant View, I would take my dog to her any day of the week!

A Special Place for Special Dogs.. Shampoochie's is like a spa for your dog. They care about your pet. Their hours are so flexible. I love the custom cut they give my dog, LuLu. She always looks and smells wonderful. LuLu seems so happy when we take her there. LuLu is happy to see the groomer and they are so friendly there.
