skip this store!!! – We ordered my bridesmaids dresses from them. The shopping experience was horrible. We got the feeling we weren't really wanted there. When the dresses finally arrived, one of them had a bad pull in the skirt. At the price we weren't going to keep it. They did return that dress. But it was too close to the wedding to re-order so we wanted to return all three. They refused to take the other two. We bought 3 very nice and much cheaper dresses from JCrew online and they arrived in a reasonable time. Faccio never did take the two extra dresses back. We had bought them as a set. When one of the set arrives damaged they should understand that we nolonger have a complete set and take the others also. We will NEVER shop there or advise anyone else to shop there again!!! They were rude from the start and we should've just left at the beginning and never given them any of our business.
Great Customer Service!! – The staff is so helpful and sweet. They have a great selection of beautiful dresses. I would definitely check out Faccio if you are looking for a wedding dress.
So happy I went to Faccio! – I love the girls at Faccio! I had been to many other bridal stores and hadn't found what I was looking for until I went to Faccio! I found my dress on the first visit!
Throughout every step of the process they have been extremely accommodating, always make me feel even more excited about my wedding and my dress, and always make me feel special.
It is hard for me to leave work to get to the store before they close since I work downtown, but they always make arrangements for my fittings even if it means staying after closing time.
Buying my dress here was definitely the bridal experience that I was hoping for when I set up to shop for my dress!!!
I highly recommend Faccio
Fabulous!!! – I recently got married and used Faccio for my bridal gown (and all the pretties that go with it), my bridesmaids gowns, and tuxedos. From start to finish the process was fabulous! Everything arrived on time (and in some cases early) and was exactly what I ordered. Their seamstress, Ms. Faye (who is super funny and very talented) tailored my gown perfectly. They stored my gown, and they even pressed it for my portrait and wedding day! The fact that Beth, Elizabeth, and Alissa remembered me everytime I came in was the icing on the cake....they really care about their clients and it shows! I would recommend Faccio to anyone without any hesitation.
Skip it! – I ordered a formal dress from this shop. First of all the dress was poorly made and WAY overpriced! In my opinion a $250 dress should not no be so poorly made with STRINGS hanging off of it! It was delivered to the store first and at a minimum should have been previewed by the staff at the store! Needless to say I was completely dissapointed in the quality of this dress line when it is supposed to be from a premium dress shop! Also they orderd me the wrong size but I didn't have time to wait the ridiculous lead time so I took it as is and it cost me another fortune in alterations.
The whole thing was just wrong wrong wrong. I feel like I just got robbed. They have beautiful wedding dresses and the store is in a nice area but what does that count for if the quality, service and consultants aren't any good!
If you want to get snubbed, go here! – When I married Faccio didn't exist. My girlfriend asked me to help her find her wedding dress, so we went to the 'best shops in Nashville'. I can tell you I have never felt more neglected and embarrassed in my life. The 2 girls running the store never even spoke to us. My friend asked if it was okay to look at their dresses, and we were told to look, but not to touch them, they would get the dresses for us. Well, neither one of them ever asked us again if we would like to try on dresses. We left without trying on anything, and went to BHughes, where we were treated kinder, but still ignored.
It must be our $200 designer jeans that turns these people off!
Absolutely adore! – I went to Faccio for the first time recently and absolutely loved it. I've been to other bridal salons and had good experiences, but Faccio is a cut above. I was greeted very warmly by one of the owners, Beth, and then told the layout of the store. Each designer has their own alcove and the dresses are arranged so that you can actually see them rather than having to pull them out from overcrowded racks. My two friends and I walked around the store and selected roughly ten gowns that I was interested in (and by the way, the gowns are gorgeous!). Beth pulled each gown for me one by one and always kept my top three nearby. When I came out of the dressing room, she would tell me the designer, the cut and the materials used. It was so nice to know more about the gowns but never felt overdone. And the dressing rooms are wonderful; each is stocked with bottled water, cloths, and a robe. The store and the owners are simply elegant and tasteful. When I told Beth that I wasn't quite ready to buy the gown yet, she was nothing but supportive. I did however buy a pair of shoes and must echo another reviewer in saying that Faccio has the BEST shoes! I cannot wait to take my mom with me to Faccio to see my favorite gown. If you're looking for a wedding dress in Nashville, don't miss this salon!
Great selection, poor service – Regretfully, I have to give Faccio's a poor review even though one of my friends who got married and got her dress through them had a great experience. The first time, I came in and looked around waiting to be acknowledged without any luck. Granted both women were working with customers, so I looked through dresses while waiting, but walked out without so much as making eye contact.
I gave it another shot and went to try dresses, and while I was greeted at the door and helped, the service was not interactive or engaging at all. A previous review reported that they helped zip the dress and that was about it. Unfortunately, my experience was not much different. While the woman helping me did give information about the designer, she offered no feedback about how the dress worked for me. Ultimately I felt as though I was a burden to here- not a feeling that puts you in the mood to buy a wedding dress. It sounds like Faccio's is a gamble with the service, but just be prepared.
Best Bridal Store in Nashville! – I visited nearly all of the bridal stores in Nashville, and Faccio cannot be beat. Beth and Elizabeth are the owners and they know everything about their dresses and designers, and they do everything humanly possible to take care of you. I purchased my gown, veil, and bridesmaid dress from them and throughout everything have had nothing but amazing service. They know me by name and are always welcoming when I stop by with questions or just to visit. I got a handwritten card after I purchased my gown with nothing but gratitude and compliments. When you purchase your gown with them, you also get a discount on the bridesmaid dresses. The only complaint is that occasionally if you don't have an appointment and they are very busy (just the two of them are working) you might not get the most attention, but otherwise they are incredible. Absolutely a positive experience, I would recommend them in a second!
poor service and overpriced – I barely received any help at this store. I told the clerk what I was looking for and then I was instructed to walk around and see what I wanted to try on. No efforts to help pull styles. I got help zipping up, but that was about it.
