Disappointing, "VIP" appointments only. We went here to get our toddler's hair cut. We called ahead to make an appointment since we have a newborn, but were told they did walk-ins only. It is pricey ($20 wash, cut, blow-out) but the website looked like a fun experience. When we arrived there was one child ahead of us, and more came in behind us. We got skipped! Only after waiting 20 more min were we told that anyone with a $25 VIP "membership" would be served ahead of us, and at that point there were 6 VIP kids in the door. These details were not posted anywhere, and this was never offered to us as an option when we called. We left with a disappointed toddler, but went next door to Great Clips ($11) and a promise for a new toy. We won't go back.

don't do it!. I took my daughter here for a trim and she got the worst haircut possible. The back is so uneven and gaped, it's ridiculous. The staff was over the top on the annoying level as well. May look cute and fun, but a horrible haircut!

Kids wouldn't go anywhere else. My kids (both son and daughter) love Snip-its. They never wanted to get their haircut before Snip-its and now they want to go once a week (my son actually said he wanted his hair to grow faster!). They both keep their Snip-its prizes in little boxes in their rooms and compete to see who can collect the most.

Saturday's get very busy, so we try to get there during the week. None-the-less, we will be loyal customers for a long time!

Best Kids Haircut!!!. As the owner of a business geared to kids and as a parent of two young children, I truly appreciate the fantastic experience that Snip-Its offers to kids and parents alike. Snip-Its is a real Nashville gem!

Snip-its Haircuts for Kids is Amazing!. I have never seen anything like it before! I took my daughter there for her haircut and she loved it. The colors and characters are great and it is so kid-friendly too. Kids get to play video games when they get their haircut and they just enjoy being there. Also, the staff was so nice and the stylist was so patient with my daughter. She really made my daughter feel comfortable and safe and listened to what I wanted in the way of a hair style. When she was finished, my daughter got to get a prize from the Snip-its Magic Box and was talking about it the rest of the day. If you have kids, you know how traumatic it can be to get their haircut. I highly recomend Snip-its. My daughter got a great haircut and wants to go back tomorrow. It was fantastic!

My grandson's first haircut was so much fun!. My grandson needed his first haircut and my daughter-in-law had heard of Snip-its from her girlfriends. So, we all hopped in the car and took Aidan to Snip-its to get his little hair cut. It was so cute and he was so happy. They gave him a lollipop and animal crackers and put him in a little chair just for kids. We blew bubbles and took pictures and they cut his hair. Everyone had a great time. Afterwards, he got to take home some of his hair in a baggy and we got a certificate celebrating his trim. We all were so proud!
