We've been taking our kids to Dr. Buzz since they were each 2 years old. They are now 9 and 12. We have always had a great experience and they've never feared the dentist. Great staff who are friendly and caring. I'm also impressed that the staff allows a parent in the room where cleanings and other procedures are done. I've heard horror stories from friends who weren't allowed to be with their child at other dentists.

We drive 45 minutes just To come to see Dr Buzz! There is no pediatric dentist like him or his staff! I asked Hannah after her last visit who her favorite hygienist was and she said "they are all awesome, I don't have a favorite!" my son Luke is 3 yrs old and absolutely lives coming, thanks to Mrs Tammy!! We love you guys! There was one instance when my son was a bit nervous and not as cooperative...the staff was EXTREMELY patient..and Luke ended up getting in the chair and leaving with a smile!

THUMBS UP TO DR.BUZZ!!! Our first visit to a pediatric dentist was in Murfreesboro and was terrible!! We then got recommendations for Dr. Buzz!! WE LOVE HIM!! The whole staff is super sweet! They take extra time to calm my little girl down everytime she gets nervous!! I recommend them to everyone:)

My daughters LOVE going to see Dr. Buzz! We just moved to the Franklin area and had many dentists to choose from. My neighbor recommended him and I can't tell you how happy we are with the entire staff!

Dr. Buzz is by far the best dentist I have ever taken my little girl to. He is honest, straight forward, very down to earth. Being in the dental field I know of many doctors out there who recommend unnecessary treatment, are unprofessional, or do not treat their patients as individuals. Dr. Buzz is not one of those guys. He has a very conservative approach to pediatric dentistry, never recommending treatment that is any way avoidable. He consistently recommends all preventative procedures, and even replaces all sealants at no charge if they were to ever chip away. Dr. Buzz individualizes all treatment on a case by case basis and only recommends x-rays as frequently as the childs risk factors indicate- nothing is ever done just out of routine. And to top it off... Parents are allowed back in the treatment areas! You will not find that in any other local pediatric dental office. He has a staff full of moms who treat your child with the care they would give their own. ;) You won't be disappointed!

I love this office!!! I have two children ages 5 and 12 and they seriously love going to see Dr. Buzz. My little girl had to have a filling and I was the one who was actually nervous and scared. I did not like the thought of my five year old having to be sedated. Everyone in the office I talked to including Dr. Buzz explained to me throughly of how benificial it was and exacally what was going to take place. I was able to go back and watch everything that was going on during her appointment. After this appointment I was SO THANKFUL for finding this office. She had a GREAT experiance and LOVES everyone in that office now. I was happy to pay the difference from what was left over from my insurance. If I can buy toys, gadgets, and games for my kids I can defiantly spend a little extra money for my children to have good dental healthcare and to not have anxiety as I did growing up.

Even though they are not in my network I hardly ever have to pay anything for my children's cleaning appointments. I also can feel that Dr. Buzz and the girls who work there are happy and love what they do. I feel very welcome when I walk in and when I go back. Just thought I should share because I know how scary going to a new office can be when you do not know what you are walking in to. YEP DR BUZZ ROCKS!!!!!

Maybe you will like it. We were waiting for 26 minutes and we were going to leave as soon as my watch clicked 30 minutes.

You see, it was our first visit and no one had said anything to us. We signed in and waited. If they had not came out at 26 minutes, we would have been spared a lot of trouble. Sure, Dr Buzz is a good guy and everything, but his staff will drive me crazy. An easy example is, my child came in, got the sedation medicine and then got a cleaning. The hygenist finished and then walked us to the front and said "we are all done!" then I reminded her we were told we would also be getting a filling. This seemed to suprise everyone until they looked at the notes. We had been there for a while, so the sedation was really not very effective when we needed it. How pleasant. From the front to the back, it seems to me that I have to keep telling them what we need next. We tried it for a several visits but nothing changed. Would you like that?
