Long Wait Time; Even When They.
The ladies at this salon are blessed with the gift to style hair. The problem is the lack of consideration of your time. This has been almost a year of adjusting my schedule so I am not waiting for a long period of time. The interesting part is you are not always waiting because they are busy but it's mainly because of their lack of focus and they are so busy socializing with each other; particularly the one who does my hair. The shampoo ladies get to leave before you do on Saturdays. I started coming on Saturdays because I was told a year ago that weaves are scheduled on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Well, every Saturday, I m sitting here waiting for a weave to be completed. I am
definitely going back to my old hair dresser. I can't
continue to sit up at the salon for 3-5 hours. Especially,
when it's not even busy. Now, this some real shiggy. I was here at my appointment time and she had the lady getting the weave get out of the chair. I am thinking she is about to style my hair because I am next in line. Instead, she started working on the lady who came in about 45 minutes after I got here. Really???? I am definitely going back to my old hair dresser.
LOYAL CUSTOMER OF VIZIONS HAIR SALON. Ive been a faithful client of TC's for more than 2 years and Ive never experienced any problems concerning her professionalism and qualities of her services. I also have a sew in and have never experienced any mistreatment or unprofessionalism with the salon. When going in for my appointments Im always greeted cheerfully by the staff, whom greets me on a first name basis. All of my appointments are kept and made in a timely manner, and whatever hair needs that I have as a salon are met. As a beginning customer I understood that sew ins were only done on wednesdays as they are time consuming and detailed. Also Ive been informed by my stylist when it is time to get my sew in redone and the appointment is made for the up keep and maintenance of my hair. Overall Vizions has met my every hair need and then some, and has gone far and beyond my expectations !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here at Vizions Hair Salon........ We first would like to apologize to whom ever feels that they were offended by Vizions Hair Salon, however we would like to explain the process of appointments at Vizions Hair Salon. The Salon days of operation are Tues, Thurs, Fri and Sat, with the exceptions of Wed for Full Sew-Ins. With that said on Tues when the customer was called it was simply to confirm the app, what's normally said to cust is...this is a call to confirm your hair appointment, please call Salon back when this message is recieved. Because this is a day that T.C. only come in for Full Sew-Ins if appointment wasnt verified by customer there was no need for the stylist to come into Salon on a regular off day..When cust left a message for a follow up appointment, unfortunatly there was no date or time of call when the customer called so we wont agree to the number of days she waited on responce, so when customers call was return she was upset with Salon. This is a very Professional Salon and we do take each and every client as a important part of Vizions and we appriciate all comments and concerns. To the Greater Nashville Area, we assure you that in all parts of our Great City the name Vizions Hair Salon is a Professional and Dependable place, our goal is to provide you with the hair care needs that all will be pleased with, your appointment will be confirmed due to the fact that in this industry we experience no calls no shows. We do not expect our schedule to be your problem, but like all work places there are days of operation. Please dont let any of this make you feel that Vizions Hair Salon can not perform the services we claim to provide, and to the unsatisfied customer we do apologized.
Don't go here. I went to Vizions to have a full sew in weave put in. I should have called another place when TC called me the day before my appointment to tell me that if did not call her back she would NOT be there. What is the point of making an appointment days in advance, if they are going to force you to call them the day before your SCHEDULED appointment. If I had time do that I wouldn't have called days in advance. I happened to be able to call them back on my way to work to confirm the appointment. Well when it came time to get my weave taken out months later, I again saw how unprofessional this salon is. I called them twice and finally got a call back 10 days after my first message, and 5 days after my second message. To top it off, when I pointed that out, all I got were excuses. It was her day off, and she doesn't work on Mondays or Wednesdays. Her schedule is not MY problem. When you're a business you should return your customers phone calls in a timely manner. Because she did nto return my call and I really needed my weave out, because it had been 3 months and was starting to look really bad, I went to another place, and they thoroughly messed up my hair. My hair was so tangled it took the great lady at Supercuts 5 hours to get my hair untangled. You do get what you pay for. The weave was put in beautifully, they just couldn't find the professionalism to return my call. They were more than happy to take my money when I was paying $200 to get a weave put in, but when it came time for them to take it out for $35 they couldn't find a phone to call me back within the same week I called them. And who calls their customer and tells them "unless you call me back I will NOT be there". I had an appointment!!!
