35.948695 -86.822687Fun Place to Shop. The Cosmetic Market is just what we need in our area. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help you pick the selections that are best for you. The variety makes it fun just to browse. I would recommend the trip...IT is worth it.
Great selection!.
I was very happy with my trip to the Cosmetic Market. Selection was quite large... and I thought the girls there were helpful and friendly.
I would recommend if you are in the Cool Springs area.
Please spend your money elsewhere!. I love stores such as this- a lot of fun higher end items such as shampoos, lotions, creams and make up to look at and try. They have a great selection in the store. However, I was appalled at the customer service at this store. There were several girls working and not one of them asked if I needed any help. It wasn't like the store was crowded either. I finally got one sales associate's attention and she acted bothered when I asked for her help with some lip gloss. Since I can find a lot of these products at Sephora, I will go there from now on.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!. I visited this store when it first opened, and it was great. The staff was very friendly and VERY knowledgeable. Now it seems like a completely different store. No one offered to help me, and the complete staff seemed to be huddled in a corner talking among themselves. They do have a good selection, but seem to be out of stock most of the time. I think I will stick to SEPHORA, they have good specials and exclusive kits no one else carries. LADIES , PASS ON THIS ONE.
Cool Springs location = Poor Customer Service!.
In December I went in asking for a recommendation for some new press powder. I explained my needs and the sales girl made a recommendation, which I purchase. I didn't use the makeup right away because I was finishing up some existing makeup I had. About a month later when I went to use the makeup I noticed that it didn't have an applicator (sponge or puff). So I took it back to asked about it - they told me that it needed a special brush (which was $15!). I explained that the initial salesperson did not tell me that detail and it didn't meet my needs so I wanted to exchange it for something else. She told me that due to the fact it was over 30 days they could do nothing for me. It was only 2 days past the return period! Not only did they sell me something I didn't need - they wouldn't help fix the situation.
Fortunately I went to the other location on Hillsboro Pike and the girls were very helpful. I even spent more money because I had a good customer service experience there! If not for that I wouldn't shop at the Cosmetic Market any more.
