Blackhaven was a beautiful venue. Mrs Black went out of her way to make sure my wedding was wonderful. I have known several brides that have gotten married at Blackhaven and they all were just as pleased. If you are looking for a perfect garden wedding Blackhaven is your place.

My wife and I had a beautiful wedding at blackhaven. The outdoor venue was very nice and I think all our guests enjoyed it. My wife's parents paid for a very nice wedding!

The venue was beautiful and Mrs. Black was there to help every step of the way. Misty is a miracle worker who makes sure every detail is perfectly in place. My day was a dream come true. Im so happy we choose Blackhaven

My daughter's wedding was very beautiful. The setting for the ceremony was very elegant and everything she wanted. The garden is very beautiful. The staff are very helpful and made sure everything went the way my daughter wanted and it did. The wedding cake was pretty and very professionally decorated. The strawberry cake is the BEST! The DJ and his wife were very pleasant and easy to work with. It was a very good place to have an outdoor wedding and I recommend using Blackhaven for your wedding.

I was a May bride at Blackhaven. It is a beautiful venue and have known several other brides that have gotten married here as well. Mrs Black is a pleasure to work with. She really goes out of her way to make your day perfect. I highly recommend Blackhaven if you are looking for a memorable garden wedding.

Best Outside Venue. My husband and I looked everywhere for an outside venue that was up to our standards. A venue without a road running right in front of it, or a train whistling every 10mins! And let me tell you what, it was hard to find anything as beautiful and breath taking as Mrs. Black's Wedding Gardens. Nothing else compared, and we looked at them all.

When we first came out and looked at her gardens, we knew it was the place for us. We were put off by this "burned bride" that had been popping up all over the Internet talking bad about Mrs. Black and Cristy though. So, we were hesitant until we saw Mrs. Black's reply to "burned bride". Plus, nothing else was looking as promising as this venue. So, we decided to go for it.

In the end we're glad we did. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding and reception. Everyone told us all night long how beautiful everything was. If we could go back in time we would choose this venue over and over again! We had no problems with Mrs Black or Christy, they were very nice and helpful. They could charge so much more for this lovely venue which puts all other outside venues to shame, but they really care about their costumers and are trying to help by keeping a lower price during these hard times.

If you are looking for an outside venue, you have to go look at this one. You won't be let down.

Recent June Wedding. My daughter just recently had her June wedding at Blackhaven. Eveything went perfect. It was a little warm but Ms. Black and Christy done a fantastic job of keeping everything on schedule and let us know what was going on. I would highly recommend this Blackhaven Wedding Gardens. It was absoultely breathtaking. The pictures turned out amazing. We have got more compliments on the wedding. Thank you again, Christy and Ms. Black for having such a wonderful venue.

Don't Believe Everything You Read. After reading the quite lengthy diatribe on virtually every wedding website posted by “Burned Bride” (@ Lisa’s Loft & aka Tammy), we felt that we owed it to future brides to give an explanation of her exaggerated comments regarding her wedding.

Her post was mainly generated by the fact that we kept $300.00 out of her $500.00 deposit, which we felt we were justified in keeping for several damages and extra use of the facility that had not been paid for. She attempted to recover the $300.00 through the Better Business Bureau, who also found us justified in our actions. We do have receipts, and pictures to document this. This was the first time in all our years of business, we have had to keep someone’s deposit.

Our “Burned Bride” failed to mention the two “burning” grills and deep fryer she had brought on the property. The first line in her contract is “no grills”, in writing, like everything else she essentially chose to ignore. She instructs future brides to make sure they get everything in writing. I’m not sure why, since her new husband, who says he’s a lawyer, informed us “in writing” that it was frivolous. Since when is a signed contract “frivolous”? We adhered to the contract that she signed. Problem was, she essentially didn’t.

We hate that our “Burned Bride” had to be supposedly carried from her reserved parking place on a beautiful May day that has pavement all the way

to the door. Other comments made by her, we feel, do not warrant even mentioning.

We apologize for the future brides that are being subjected to these unwarranted comments. We will be more than glad to discuss this, produce pictures, receipts, and documents to any bride-to-be regarding this matter.

Great place. Mrs black thank you so much for everything you and christy did to make our wedding day absoluty perfect!! We were able to relax and enjoy our day because we knew you had everything handled!! Thank you so much for that! We both enjoyed our wedding so much!!
