Owner is Rude and Unprofessional!

Blackhaven Wedding Gardens (Blackhaven) in Lebanon, Tennessee is indeed a beautiful venue, but the owner was one of the rudest and most unprofessional persons I have ever dealt with in my 10+ years of event planning experience. In the initial meeting with Blackhaven the owner was very nice and accommodating. It wasn't until after I had paid my deposit that she took a "my way or the highway" attitude in our meetings. She reneged on verbal agreements, lied and, essentially, stole money from my damage deposit that she had no valid receipts showing damages. If I had known what a nightmare the owner was going to be to deal with, I would not have been so eager to book my wedding there. You can read more about my story at burnedbride[dot]com.

Beautiful grounds-perfect venue for outdoor wedding

My daughter's wedding at Blackhaven on June 13th was really beautiful. She wanted an outdoor wedding and her dream came true. The grounds are beautiful and everything was excellent. The staff really helps with everything and makes it easy to plan a wedding there. The cake and DJ were a big bonus.

Beautiful Venue

My daugher is getting married at this venue in the spring. A beautiful location for a wedding. Everyone has been so helpful making arrangements and suggestions. All the suggestions they have made have worked out and were great. I have been to several weddings there and everyone was absolutely beautiful. It is great having the reception hall at the venue. There are two great dressing rooms. I highly recommend this venue.
