Such a fun store! If you haven't visited this boutique...you must. It is located between to delicious restaurants in downtown Franklin. The girls that work there are always so helpful and help me pick out the perfect outfit. It is a great environment and beautiful store - a must see!

Love this boutique!. This is cutest boutique! They have the best selection and the prices are so reasonable. My mom and I can both shop there and always find pieces to fit our style and age. The girls that work there are so sweet and helpful!! If you haven't been before you must get to downtown Franklin and check out this shop.

Fun boutique!. This boutique is my favorite in downtown Franklin. I always find exactly what I'm looking for and the girls that work there are very helpful. It's a must stop shop. Cute, cute store!

BEST SHOPPING and CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this boutique! The ladies that work there are so helpful and extremely nice!! If you ever need help they are right there to meet any shopping need or answer any question you might have. The best part is that my mom and I can go in and both find something! They cater to a wide age range, which is a huge plus...and they carry men's clothing! I'm orginally from LA and travel all the time. I know my shopping and this one is an absolute jewel. It is never dead in there. They always have fun, upbeat music with two entrances to very popular restaurants on both sides. Perfect spot to grab lunch and shop. If your lucky you will spot a celebrity! Oh and the prices are just right! Great designers with an awesome price point. It's a very unique combination! Did i mention they serve wine, coffee ,and bottled water? It's a must see and a shopper's dream!

Worst Customer Service Ever. I have stopped into this store many times and have been ignored. I actually am a stylist in the music business and will not recommend or visit this store again. There are too many other stores like Ivey that bend over backwards to help you. The quality of the clothing is questionable. Maybe if the two sales people that are always there got off their butt and did something, they would actually have a return clientele. If not for location, no-one would bother with Gino. They both need an intense customer service course. If you don't like your jobs--get another one.

Poor Customer Service and Return Policy. I have been in this store many times and always the same experience. The sales associates are rude and not helpful at all. I am done with this store. Return policy is horrible.
