I wish I had never gone to Dr. Taylor. Her office is lovely, paraffin for your hands, but I felt pressure to have a lot of work done, and decided to get a second opinion after some crowns, a root canal, and now have stayed with my current dentist. A crown she did cracked after 2 years, and when I inquired with Dr. Taylor she said she would not warranty the work, and made it sound like I had done something to compromise this expensive crown. I am not excessively hard on my teeth, and most dentist I have talked to since say they should last lots longer. She is curt, cold, and her billing staff makes you feel like a dollar sign by calling in between cleanings to see if I am ready to have more work done on my teeth. Dr. Taylor talks about implants, etc. very expensive things, and I felt I had to tell her I was very conservative, and wanted to maintain the integrity of my teeth as long as possible. I have a pretty smile, my teeth are straight, I just had cavities as a child, and I do realize that they may need work now. Her hygienist was great, friendly, helpful, and I felt did a great job. I just didn't like Dr. Taylor not talking to me personally, when I called to tell her about my broken crown, and acting like I was out of line for being upset it had broken so early. I am not a rich person, and felt it was worth a conversation inquiring about the lab's work, perhaps they used cheaper materials (made in China), or it was made with mistakes in it? I felt it would have been fair, compassionate, and helpful to discuss these things. She is a good business woman making sure you sign and see the photos of your teeth and crown, but after a while I felt it was more to cover her tracks. Sometimes when she would show me the photos, as a lay person I can't recognize what is wrong and what isn't, your mouth at 500 times does not look pretty. I feel as a business woman that if my work failed I would want to know the circumstances and own up partially to perhaps the anomaly of what went wrong. This is fair, I expected her to be fair. Next time get her to sign to holding up her end of her work is my advice to any of you who want to be her patient.

Best Dentist in Franklin. When we moved here 3 years ago, we chose a dentist based on slick marketing and an $89 full exam. After dealing with constant urging to have countless (and expensive) procedures done, we decided we had enough. My husband and I along with our two teenage daughters all moved to Taylor Made Smiles and will be lifelong patients.

Amanda is a fantastic hygenist and makes even the dentist-averse members of the family feel comfortable.

We have had crowns, gum repairs, cavities filled and general check-ups. All work is fully explained in advance and cost estimates are accurate.

Dr. Missy and her staff have patients for life with our family and I highly recommend them.

Dental Care at It's Best. Missy Taylor has been our dentist ever since she started her practice. She and her staff are incredibly professionable and personable. GiGi is always a treat when it comes to Hygienist.

Loved it!. Great experience! If Dr. Missy had been my dentist when I was a kid I would not be scared of the dentist today. Gigi was very kind and helped me understand my situation, Dr. Missy allowed me to ask questions and decide which treatment option was best for me. I will be telling all my friends about Taylor Made Smiles.

Dr. Taylor does aweful cosmetic denistry. I had Dr. Taylor put four veneer's on my front upper teeth in 2007. When she put them on she cracked one of them while putting it on, I had to wait an additional 2 weeks for another one to come in. Then when she put that one on it also had a hairline crack in it - It wasn't visible and I was tired of waiting so I agreed to let it be. One of the other veneer's was brown on the top and I complained about the color but she told me it was dried blood underneath that got under there when she put the veneer on. Now it is 2011, only 4 years later. I paid over $5000.00 for four veneers and they only lasted 4 years! The hairline crack is now cracked all the way through and the brown that was at the top of the other veneer Dr. Taylor says (4 years later that it is decay now). However, Dr. Taylor does not stand behind her work performed 4 years ago and wants to charge me nearly $1500.00 per tooth to have them redone! She is snarly, difficult and unreasonable in her practice. Go to Sara Northcutt and her practice they are much more professional and better at what they do - Denistry and business!

Amanda makes me smile!. Taylor Made Smiles is a wonderful dental experience...even if the the thought of a dentist visit gives you anxiety! The staff is professional, understanding and very comforting. Amanda is the best hygenist I have ever experienced! You even get a complimentary parrafin hand treatment...aahh.

Taylor Made was Tailored to my needs. I really enjoy relaxing at my dentist visits. The staff is always offering to make me comfortable before, during, and after the appointment. I enjoy good conversation with Amanda who's gentle and effective. The entire team is professional and willing to make any problem I'm having a focus of their concern. Thanks for quality dental work!

Franklin Dentist. Taylor Made Smiles is located in the heart of downtown Franklin. While traffic is sometimes an issue the quality of care offered by Dr. Taylor and her staff is unparallelled. Comfort and communication are always in the forefront of their patient care. They all just do great work!

Great Office. Dr. Missy and her staff are excellent. I have had 1 crown and 4 fillings with them, and everything turned out great. They are right there for you from the minute you walk in the door and are always asking if they can get you anything. The services are great and when they know you are in a rush/have something to get done, they work with you. They also worked with me numerous times on rescheduling my appointments when I could get it. They also explain everything very well and understand that some people dislike the dentist (like myself!). Overall...this is a great dentist and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
