Leave the politics at the door.
I used LaVergne Mini Storage for several different storage lockers over the past four years. I haven't rented with them in a few months, and when I recommended them to a friend and he searched them out on Google, I couldn't believe the review he told me about.
They have always given me stellar customer service and they waive the $10 Administration fee every time I come back to rent with them. My rate only increased once over the years that I rented from them, and it only went up two dollars.
The truth is that the city of LaVergne is in a heated battle over property taxes and the bad reviewer has a sour political taste in their mouth.
I highly recommend LaVergne Mini Storage.

Worst Storage Location in Town. LaVergne Mini Storage is a very bad storage area. Lots of rodents that have gotten in my storage unit. Pricing keeps going up. Several units have been broken into recently. When informing them of cancelling service alot of questioning and challenging from employee there. Also, the owner is very pushy about signing his political petition.
