NOT FRIENDLY. Staff was NOT FRIENDLY, when I said I already had lotion the girl looked annoyed. I didnt see color out of any bed except the highest one. I was RUSHING to get my lotion on before the bed turned on by itself and I still lost 2 minutes of my time because it turned on before I was ready! The bed didnt look too clean so I wiped it down myself before going in. They dont really communicate with you AT ALL.. NOT RECOMMENDED!…
Awesome company!. No where in the contract does it state that in order to cancel your contract you have to come in to close your account. I called to close my account and was not told that I had to come in. Then my next checking account statement had a charge from them. I then called again and was told that I have to come in to close the account. Then 18 months after I came in to close my account I receive. I had a charge to my checking account for $75.25. When I called them to complain they told me that I must have opened my account again. I never re-opened my account. They acknowledged that they charged my account but could not tell me how it happened. Then they wanted me to prove that they had charged the account. I was furious! I know this is illegal! I am still trying to get my money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!…

Suntan City Antioch, TN Hickory Hollow. The worst tanning company. My husband and I signed up for one month only, or so we were told, as we were going on vacation in three weeks from when we signed up. The incompetent girl behind the counter had us sign the electronic pad on the counter and fill out papers with our information, and stated this was the release form if we should get burned, sick, etc. What we were actually signing on the electronic pad was a contract that was never shown to us. She signed us up for two months of tanning to be automatically charged to our credit cards. After arriving home from our trip, we saw that Suntan city had taken $65 from our accounts collectively. When we went to the store to try to fix the situation, Chris, the manager, kept stating we signed a contract and that if we didn't want the money taken out, we should have "been responsible adults" he states, and read the contract before we signed it. What Suntan City does is super impose your signature from the electronic pad to a contract, and then hold you to it. Chris said that he would review the cameras when we signed up to see if the contract was shown to us, and if it was, we would be out of luck. He acted as though we were lying to get our money back. He said he has seen this happen before. The contract was never shown to us. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and, luckily, they are a more reputable company and want to actually keep their customers happy. My husband got his money back as well. Chris said he contacted his manager Stephanie, and he gave me her number. She never called me back after I left her several voicemails. Chris will not even speak to us about the issue anymore, he tells us to call Stephanie. He is interruptive and rude, and won't let you finish your sentences. I work for a cell phone company in customer service, and I know to read everything before I sign it. This company is a joke. Go to Suntan Village in Lebanon. My parents own this company and they know how to treat customers right!…
AVOID MEMBERSHIPS. Ok- so the place is nice and clean and you don't have to wait long for the beds. BUT- Of course you HAVE TO BUY A MEMBERSHIP.... and here's what really got me---- after 6 mo you have to tell them IN PERSON (they wont let youover the phone) you want to cancel it or they continue to charge you at the first of each month. AND---- NO WHERE In the contract does it mention that you have to come in person--- but the manager says you MUST IN ORDER TO CANCEL. This is wrong on so many levels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!…
