NEVER GOING BACK ... HORRIBLE SERVICE.....RUDE and CONDESCENDING MANAGER....A friend and I have shared the 2 for 1 happy hour special at this location many times, but recently we were screamed at for sharing the 1st drink by the manager. He screamed at us in front of the entire restaurant because my friend had a few sips of my drink. (The waiter actually brought 2 straws so we could share) The manager refused to bring us the 2nd margarita and continued to argue with us. He threw our check on the table and refused to give me my receipt. He was a very angry person and seriously unprofessional. We felt talked down to because we were women as his tone was very loud and condescending. Never been treated so badly by anyone at a restaurant. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. If you're in the area, Las Palmas is a block away and they will treat you well....

not going back. i have been a weekly customer for over a year now. tonight there was a huge crowd and there was a large table being very loud and talking about gross stuff. the manager did not do a thing. a few weeks ago there was a large table of black men being loud and they were immediately asked to leave. i do not understand why it was ok for a large party of white people to be rude and disgusting and get to stay! RACIST!!!!! not happy will NOT be returning! hope you do not go either!

Treated Disrespectfully. Yesterday was Cinco De Mayo. Crazy busy crowd. Not a problem and to be expected. After waiting for a table for over two hours- was invited to share a table with three strangers in order to be seated more quickly. To make a long story short. These "strangers" dashed-leaving an unpaid bill of over $50. The restaurant insisted we were friends and would be responsible for their meal. Despite the hostesses validating the seating of two unrelated groups, the cashier refused to relent for over 15 minutes of heated discussion. A police officer finally persuaded them to honor our story and only charge us for our meal. It was extremely frustrating and disrespectful on their part. The police officer recommended we not sit with strangers in the future...however...what a shame!

Now my favorite mexican restaurant. I would consider myself a mexican food snob. I eat it regularly and have been to every mex restaurant from Nashville to Mexico to California. This is my favorite in Nashville hands down. They have the best chicken tamales ever!! And their salsa is awesome. Above all, my husband and I share the monster margarita and it has the best flavor and a definite kick.

We are going back Friday nite! :) We drive 45 minutes for this great food.

They Have Never Let Us Down!. The staff is always very friendly & attentive, but not annoying. We have tried different things on the menu & have never been disappointed with any of them. I love the fish tacos & they were happy to substitute corn tortillas in place of the flour. We have become regulars there!

Best Mexican Resteraunt in Town!!. My family and I love Cinco. We frequent it just about every weekend and believe me it is a good 30 minutes from my house! Margarita's are extra strong and yummy, salsa, I could drink on it's own, and the #45 (Chicken, Green Peppers, Onions, Rice, and Cheese) is absolutely wonderful! I also believe they have the best burritos, fajitas, and enchalidas in town, but my husband would argue their Nachos are the best...regardless...go and enjoy yourself...you definitely will not be dissapointed!

Good food, good price. If you want better than average Mexican, for a cheap price, this is the place! Never had a problem with service, food or being seated. Servings are a good size and the food is never greasy.

Not that good. I just have to balance out the two 5 star reviews. It's okay, but nothing that great. There is certainly better Mexican food within a few miles of this restaurant. Margaritas were better than average, but the food was average or below. I'll always be willing to drive 10 minutes extra to one of the better Mexican spots in Nashville.

Best mexican food and margaritas in town!. We love Cinco de Mayo and have been going there practically every week since it opened on White Bridge road. The people there are friendly, helpful and very fun! The food is outstanding and the margaritas are the best I've had anywhere in Nashville! Their $11 pitchers of margaritas (all day Sunday thru Tuesday) are hard to beat. Try Cinco once and you'll be hooked.
