I have had facials by many talented people, but none match those given by Holly. Not only are her hands gifted and her knowledge vast... she has a certain air about her that makes your experience unique. Not only did my skin look better than it ever has, I left feeling like I had been in some euphoric bliss. I run a boutique around the corner and am so proud to have this wonderful establishment nearby!

Serendipity is right at Franklin Square and totally fits in perfect with all the cool shops and wonderful eateries and Historical vibe. Its like a little slice of Heaven to go in there...the atmosphere is so peaceful and pretty and smells divine! I had the best facial with Holly and my skin looked amazing afterwards. I recommend her and Serendipity to everyone! The also sell and apply make up and have the best lotions and soaps and skincare stuff. I can't wait to go back for my next facial there. I have never felt more relaxed and comfortable and refreshed!
