We knew what we were looking for in a Real Estate investment and Felix was very willing to help us meet those perameters. He remained focused and helped us stay on tract while offering good advice and information. Felix is very professional and goes the extra mile to do all that it takes to be sure youre a happy customer. In preparing my home for resale, he walked me through everything step by step, explaining and educating me on the process as it unfolded. I have and will continue to recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. He is truly one of the best in the field.
