Super Court Yard

Our son and daughter-in-law had work on their Nashville yard done by Eric Cook of Greenway of Nashville. When we talked to them about having our court yard landscaped they recommended Greenway. When we first met Eric we showed him our weed filled, muddy, poor draining court yard. Our only requirements were no grass and no mud.

Eric spent time giving us his vision on what our court yard would look like. At our second meeting he gave us an artist’s rendering of his vision. We told him he had the job. During the construction process, he was very open to and even encouraged changes. His main goal was our satisfaction!

The work was done in a timely manner. All workers were friendly and professional. We ended with a beautifully landscaped, low maintenance court yard that included a blue ashlar cut stone patio, and a bird’s eye pea gravel walk way.

The next time we need landscaping, we will call Eric.

Best Design Landscape Designer/Contractor

Eric Cook of Greenway of Nashville far surpassed our goals for a backyard renovation. He is an artist, with some insightful ways of designing to suit your needs. His crew take so much pride in their work, it's like they are working in their own back yard. Their complete goal is to make you happy. Eric was very professional, a family man with excellent values. Completely trustworthy. Even when we were reluctant he convinced us to trust him on some design elements, and he was always right. His eye for design is uncanny. The service we received was efficient, tailored to our needs, simply wonderful. Eric was always conscious of our budget. He allowed us to banter design ideas with him, and really understood the look we wanted - even when we didn't. He had patience, committment and really top notch ideas for our project. He was able to incorporate changes mid-project, and I don't think I ever heard him say "no, that won't work". We are planning another project and Eric will be our only choice. He should also be yours. Really.

I did not know Eric before this project, but have come to appreciate his dedication to your satisfaction. I would say we are really lucky to have found him. I read these reviews before I hired him, and I can say they are all true. Look no further.

Beautiful patio and lighting

I would highly recommend Greenway of Nashville. They built a beautiful flagstone patio and firepit which greatly enhanced my backyard and works well with the pre-existing patio. Eric Cook was great to work with--very knowledgeable and professional, and the craftsmanship is high quality. The crowning touch, however, was the landscape lighting they installed in and among the trees which achieves a lovely moonlit effect. It totally transforms the whole property.

Beyond My Highest Expectations!

I recently employed Greenway of Nashville (Eric Cook) for landscaping at my home. I had very few ideas in advance as to the best approach to take. Eric did so much more than just the landscaping. He provided an extensive consultation and numerous ideas which were simple, inexpensive and highly creative. He was thoughtful regarding my budget, and his pricing is truly fair. I fully intend to call Greenway for all future lawn & garden planning, not to mention refer family and friends to take full advantage of an honest, creative, and timely approach. Greenway has set the standard very high for professionalism in an industry which, in my experience, can be very hit-or-miss. My expectations were far exceeded. They have a new loyal customer for sure. Well Done!

Greenway gets a 10 out of 5 Stars!!

A Five Start ratings doesn't do this contractor Justice. I had a terrible experience with my previous landscaper and called Greenway to see if they could turn around the mess our previous landscaper began. Right away we knew that things were going to be different. Our home-site is on 5 acres, which is fully wooded and on a 40 degree slope. We had no idea where to start. Immediately Eric knew what he wanted to create in the approx 1/3 of an acre in front of the house. You hear about curb appeal all the time, but what he has done goes far behind that. We now have our own little Gatlinburg retreat right in our front yard.

Eric Cook and his crew not only created a dream out of our nightmare, but they did it while still paying attention to the "little things" that mean everything. I can't even find the slightest thing to say that was problematic. There was no downside to working with this company. Eric communicated regularly with us. He consistently shared his ideas each step of the way, guaranteeing that if we weren't happy with something he would fix/change it and stayed within budget. He said what he was going to do and did it in a timely, expeditious way with quality that is just unbelievable. His team of workers kept the cleanest job site I have ever seen. I'm not sure why that mattered so much to me except that it just showed the level of respect that they had for our home and the pride in their own work. This landscape design has gone from something that might draw someone's eye to this house from the road to something that will sell this house in the future.
