Lindsay is hands down the best real estate agent we've worked with and we've worked with several here, locally in Nashville. She made relocating a snap and went above and beyond her call of duty with us working all hours of the night or whatever it took to accomodate our out of town schedule. She was like a miracle worker and we won't ever go anywhere else!

Buying our first home was a breeze with Lindsay, and fun, too!

Buying your first home can be a very scary thing- you always hear horror stories about the experience. My husband and I wanted our experience to be FUN and HAPPY- call us crazy...haha..Enter Lindsay Boyd...she was a complete breath of fresh air! With all the real estate agents we had clammering around us trying to sell, sell, sell us...Lindsay's unobtrusive, caring and knowledgable approach won us over and we recommend her to all of our friends and family from here on out- no doubt about it. She made our experience fun, exciting, quick, painless and happy! Within 3 weeks we found a house we loved in an area we loved, looked at it, put in our offer, closed and moved in! Incredible! She completely hooked us up and even referred us to our Mortgage Lender and Title Company who are also amazing (Nashville Title and Nashville Mortgage LLC in Brentwood). We lucked out on finding her and recommend her and all of her affiliates with complete honor. When you're spending $$$, our philosophy is, you 'd better have fun doing it and you should have fun doing it! Lindsay made it fun. Thanks, Lindsay!

Lindsay was wonderful in helping me through my Grandmothers Estate ordeal with the real estate and continues to be just like a best friend in the way she handles affairs with me to this day. I can not say enough. She is professional and personable at the same time and it takes talent to be that good. You will be missing out on a great experience if you don't use her services.
