Irresponsible and Unprofessional. Historic and Distinctive Homes is the last place I would look for a realtor in East Nashville. The owner, Karen Hoff, is completely unprofessional and irresponsible towards a property/apartment she owns/agent for in regards to a dog that is left to bark for hours in a small area. You would think a family of realtors would be respectful to the fact people want to use their homes and backyards to live, work, eat and sleep without a dog loudly barking all the time. My pet is socialized and given the attention it needs. I will stick with realtors that contribute to making Lockeland Springs an enjoyable place to live. Extremely strange and disrespectful experience.

They know East Nashville!. Their team knows East Nashville and likely sells more homes in a month than most sell in a year or more. Karen is so high energy and makes sure that deals get done. We first bought a home from them years ago and recently, they helped us purchase an investment property in Cleveland Park. Their office has moved over there and they are now the experts on this up and coming neighborhood.

#1 Real Estate Agency in Nashville. If you're looking to buy a home in the Nashville area, I highly recommend calling Historic & Distinctive Homes! Their staff is very professional and knowledgable. I don't think you can find a better real estate agency in Nashville! They are #1 in my book.

Great home buying experience!. I called Historic & Distinctive Homes when my wife and I started looking for a house in the Nashville area. That phone call ended up making finding a home in Nashville so much easier! The Historic & Distinctive Homes team is great. They are all very friendly and knowledgable. They were able to answer all my questions and put me at ease. My wife and I just bought our first house and Historic & Distinctive Homes made it an easy experience.
