Only Good Cheesecakes. They should be good bakery and keep making cheesecakes and some other cakes. They don't know how to cook, and too "big" menu with trash taste!

bad cheesecake factory. i was so excited when nashville was getting a cheesecake factory because i love the ones i have visited in other areas. i have been to this cheesecake factory four times, and each time is worse. the service is horrible. the food is not up to par. each time i think maybe they have gotten new servers and management, but i get the same crappy service and lack luster food.

Over the top. The menu is quite extensive, the decor unique, the wait long, the accoustics poor, the prices HIGH, the portions too large. I'm glad I got to experience it once but probably won't return. I prefer smaller portions at a lower cost and a noise level where a table conversation may be enjoyed.

All Wrong. It's called CHEESECAKE factory, so what's with the gnarly cheesecake? It's light, fluffy, and icky sweet. Real NY cheesecake is dense, heavy, with a touch of sweetness. If you like REAL cheesecake, then you won't like this place. Don't even get me started on the food. It's like Ruby Tuesdays but with better garnishments. The menu is 321 pages long. It needs a table of contents. Then the waitress comes by. "Have you all decided what you want?" Give me a millineum and then come back. I might have gone through this ream of paper by then. Most restaurants try to specialize in something, but no, these jokers try to appeal to everyone, when really they appeal to nobody. They are like the Kia Rio of dining. Nobody wants that garbage. Food is sub-par. End of story.

ok food-terrible service. I went with my boyfriend a couple months ago. They said the wait would be 30 minutes but we waited at least an hour--I fell asleep on my boyfriends shoulder! When we were seated the waitress seemed bored and ready to get out of there. She got really agtitated with my boyfriend because she couldnt hear him over all of the nioise. The food was average and over priced. I got the four cheese pasta. The chocolate cake was ok too. All in all, save your money and go to cheeseburger charlies

I really like this place!!!. Everything is delicious!!! Many people think of Cheesecake Factory just for their cheesecake--which is quite amazing--but their meals are amazing, too! I lived in Boston for a while and really loved going to the restaurant there. When I moved to Nashville, I was excited to find out that Cheesecake was here, as well. The fried mac and cheese appetizer is my favorite...or maybe the spring rolls...or the quesadillas...or, well, anything you order is going to be wonderful. It gets really crowded, though. Enjoy the patio when the weather is pleasant (this time of year is perfect!). Enjoy!

Save your time...and money. 4 of us visited cheesecake factory yesterday around 6pm. Granted it was as Saturday, so we knew there would be at least an hour wait. We were surprised when we were told the wait was 15-30 minutes. But it actually took almost twice that long. It wouldn't have been a big deal except the crowd in there is like a mosh pit. Crowded doesn't really even describe it. People are pushing and elbowing trying to get in and out and there is no place to wait without being in the way. While we waited we noticed it was hot, but we figured it was because we were close to the front door and there were so many people...we were wrong. I never found out why there was no air conditioning because no one (including our waiter) gave us a chance to ask. It had to be at least 80-85 degrees in there. By the time we waited for our table, ordered and ate it was 3 hours. The food was mediocre, not worth the $200 for 4 people. We only saw the waiter for a total of 30 seconds and he was too busy to help us.

Bottom line: The only reason people will wait for an hour to sit in 85 degree heat drinking $13 mojitos is because it's Green Hills.

You will not be dissapointed!. My husband i went here on a special occasion and we loved it! I will say the waiting period to be seated is insane! It was packed so we just got put on the wait list and went next door to Starbucks to use some time up.When we finally were seated we were greeted by our very friendly and helpful server.I was a but overwhelmed my the size of the menu but that could be a good thing as well.Variety! The mixed drinks are highly recommended and so is the steak! One slice of chessecake is so big that we had to share.(the White Chocolate Cafe Latte Chessecake is delish!)

As good as it gets. It is great that there is free valet (minus the tip) since the parking lot is always full, but walking into the Cheesecake Factory takes your breath away. This restaurant is HUGE! The decor is extremely eclectic with hints of Egyptian and moroccan. The menu is so large that there is advertising in it which tends to be a distraction, but the serving staff was always there to help with questions. The cost of an entree seems high, but with portion sizes very large you can share or take it home then it's not so bad. If you can't find something you truly want here, then you shouldn't go out to eat. From beginning to end was just a great experience with great food and great people. Don't forget to save room for the Cheesecake!

Confused by all the positive reviews. Are you ready to experience stereotypical American culture by means of dining out? Well, The Cheesecake Factory is the perfect place. Let's start with the location: it's at the Mall at Green Hills, where parking is truly an adventure, but there is valet. Upon walking into the restaurant, you'll feast your eyes on the regrettable decor featuring designs from virtually every culture that have transformed the restaurant into one terrible interior. You will then approach the host stand where you'll be given that cute little thing that will vibrate in a couple of hours when your table is ready. After you've roamed around in the mall for a good amount of time, your table will be ready and you'll be seated either in an uncomfortable booth or even more uncomfortable tables. Your server will most likely be the typical half-wit charlatan who [somehow] always gets excellent tips. Soon you'll begin to read the novel that is their menu and discover that, strangely enough, a restaurant known to feature cheesecake serves food from all around the world. You'll be so overwhelmed that you just won't know what to pick. Well, no matter what it is, you can expect it to be gargantuan! The portions are enough to feed three people! Even your "small" Caesar salad can feed the whole table. You can also expect the monstrous portions of food to taste like nothing at all but fat and grease. If you ask me, you should try out the fried macaroni and cheese. It's a heart attack waiting to happen, as most of their food is-- including the salads. At least in some places in the world, restaurants give you the option of having seconds, rather than scooping out 20 pounds of food at once. There is one positive thing to say about The Cheesecake Factory: their cheesecake is good. I get it to-go sometimes.
