Not impressed with the service I received. I was a new client and I felt like a number, even with the nurse, it just felt like complete disinterest in my skin or myself as a client. Very disconcerting. I did not leave here feeling like I could trust them with my skin and this was after spending $3200???

All the reviews for SonaMedSpa appear to me to be faked by the company. My work invited us to go to an open house for Sona Med Spa, as we all work in the same building. All the reviews are by members who joined exactly six months ago, and only have only ever reviewed one business. Oh, except for the ones that have TWO reviews- one for the SonaMedSpa in Nashville and an identical review for the one in Greensboro, NC.

I was checking them out to see if they are recommended, and became suspicious by how similar they sounded and how they sounded like what a company would write about itself, very unlike a real reviewer would write- even if writing a positive review.

Decide for yourself- but beware and be sure to notice that none of these "reviewers" have reviewed any other local buisnesses. Hmmm....shady.

luv Sona. I love going there, the people that work there the girls are so sweet and perfessional! the only thing I have complain about is that they used to have Candela yaq and now they don't have anymore :( , I really liked that Laser.

Sona Med Spa. Staff is very friendly and answered all my questions no matter how much detail I asked for. The waiting room is very calming. Great member perks!

Best Decision I have made. It was one of the best decisions I have made for myself. Very friendly and helpful staff. They' were available by phone and email to answer any questions I had. They have very great deals. Very calming and relaxing atmosphere. From the time I walked in everyone was super nice and I will be recommending them to friends and family. Call SONA

Best Experience by far!!!. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by a friendly staff who is ready to assist you. The waiting area is very tranquil and had many informative items located through out.

I was seen promptly and the staff answered all my questions honestly and timely. At first I was a little nervous, but after seeing the amazing results, I am thrilled. I have had people tell me how amazing my skin looks and how just a subtle difference can make one feel fantastic!

I highly recommend visiting Sona Med Spa for all your aesthetic needs. I am definetely going to be a repeat client.

Just Do It!. I have been debating for years to try this and stop feeling uncomfortable when I take off my shirt. My girlfriend finally convinced me to give it a shot. My only regret was the time I wasted before my first treatment. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. The tech made me feel comfortable and explained the process every step of the way. I am actually looking forward to my next appointment thanks to the professionalism of Sona. Thank you for changing my life!!

Professional medical spa environment. I have become a recent patron of Sona Brentwood in the past 6 mos., and I have been very pleased with the professional environment there. It harmoniously combines a sterile medical facility with an aesthetically pleasing spa haven. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and attentive and strives to make you feel right at home. This is especially comforting during private treatment sessions such as hair removal procedures. I am enjoying the successes of my treatment packages, as well as my experiences there, and would recommend it to anyone in the greater Nashville area.

PCOS and Almost no more facial hair!. When I first came here everyone welcomed me with open arm and was very conversational. I was nervous and a lil scared of getting laser hair removal but they asured me I would be fine PLENTY of times. I have only had one treatment but the next day I saw results because hair was just breaking off! I love this place and can't wait to go to my next treatments!

Amazing services!. I purchased a two for one deal and have been very impressed with Sona MedSpa. The staff is professional and the results are outstanding. The Sona team is very informative and they do a great job ensuring you are comfortable during your procedure.
