Sona MedSpa has great laser hair removal service.

I had the laser hair removal package done at the Brentwood location and everyone there was pleasant and courteous. I arrived a few minutes early and they took me right away, NO WAITING AT ALL!!! The consultant I spoke with on the phone explained the procedure in detail so there were no surprises. I looked at other Med Spas in the Brentwood area an none of the prices compared to Sona. I got it done on my legs and have 3 more treatments to go. One of my friends had the same service done at Sona and she said she loved the professionalism too. I would recommend Sona MedSpa for any woman looking to get laser hair removal at a great price.

I have had several services at Sona MedSpa. I called other medspas before deciding on sona. I decided there were the best because the way the services and packages were explained to me, the training of the staff, and after viewing the facility, it was very clean and well put together. The pricing was not too much different from other spas, many services were actually cheaper.

I have had laser hair removal as well as laser treatments on my face. I have sent several coworkers and friends there for services which is great because they give me referral money for new packages. So I can get more treatments and I dont have to pay full price. The girls who do the treatments are always willing to explain and help me with questions; they also seem very knowlegdable, not like they have to think about and make up answers to my questions. I would highly recommend Sona and have many times!

Didn't get what I paid for nor told there were less expensive options

I arrived on time, but was made to sit and wait in a side room while 3 staff members were chatting. I saw lots of staff, but no other customers so not sure why I had to wait. When they explained the treatment for spider veins, they never said there were options less than 1 hr long. I was pushed to get 3 treatments of an hour each, but didn't. The girl who did the laser treatments seemed nice enough, but stopped after 50 minutes. She'd run out of areas to treat, I guess. At $435 for 1 hour service, that means I didn't get about $72 of treatment. When I was leaving I was told you could schedule treatments in 15 minute increments so three 15 minute treatments would have been about $345 or so. I'd definitely have chosen this, but this option was never mentioned to me. The receptionist didn't know how to handle my question and told me that the consultant probably decided I needed an hour. Since my legs were never looked at first so this doesn't make any sense. I paid and asked for a call to discuss, plus had thought about other services, if this could be worked our amicably. No one ever called. Over all, I feel they cheated me and customer service is not a high priority. Getting as much of your money as possible is. Definitely a place to avoid.
