HORRIBLE in every way. I called for a cleaning on a new rental home, and told the manager Scott what I wanted done on the phone. Told him the size of my house...etc. He said that would take 1.5 hours and it was $75 an hour. I said fine and 2 ladies showed up the next day.

When they got here they said they wouldn't be able to finish my list in the hour and a half and what was my priorities. I was confused because the manger gave ME the timeframe. But I told them that the baseboards and floors were the most important so they started on those.

They cleaned for an hour and a half and did not finish very much. Not nearly as much as the Maid Brigade did when we used them for 4 years in CA. The oven was really bad so I said they could stay for 2 hours and I would pay that so they could do the oven.

Then when they went to leave at the 2 hour mark, I went to check their work. The kitchen floors were not clean at all. The linoleum was still mostly black with dirt. My mother and I the night before had cleaned one half of the kitchen floor with a dollar store mop and soap and our side looked much cleaner than their side.

So I asked them to please clean the linoleum properly. They came back in and put some special stuff on the floors and got them clean. I tipped them nicely and they left.

Then I see on my bank account that they charged me for 2.5 hours. I asked for a receipt twice and they never emailed me one. When I called and complained, Shannon at customer service said she spoke to the team and they had a very different story.

They said that the floors were not on top of my list and that I added them while they were ready to leave. They said they warned me of the time and I said no clean anyway. They also shockingly accused me of telling them to get down on their hands and knees to do the floor!! THIS NEVER HAPPENED. I am shocked and insulted.

Customer service did not want to listen to me and said she believes her team over me. When I finally got the receipt emailed, it was in a .rpt format which most normal people can't open. I asked 2 more times for something like a PDF that I could actually open and no response.

Horrible horrible service in every way. Maid Brigade was always good to us and I will be using them from now on.

Can't go wrong with this company. I've tried other services...thought I would try Molly Maid. We signed up for biweekly service. The initial clean was awesome, but what's even better is the consistency of the maintenance cleans. Our experience with other services was that they start off stong but tapper off into mediocrity--not Molly Maid! -Jim

Molly Maid - great experience!. With guests arriving the following day, I called Molly Maid for quick help. I was very pleased with their timeliness, but more importantly, the quality of the clean and professionalism of the team. I highly recommend this service.

Timely and professional. I had a great experience with Molly Maid of Nashville. They responded to my service request in a timely fashion and in a professional manner. I felt very satisfied with the money I spent versus the product I received. The staff that was sent to my home was polite and interested in meeting my individual needs. I highly recommmed this company on all levels.

Terrible customer service, two cleanings and still not happy. Did not call ahead and set off my alarm (always fun to deal with at work), did not use the cleaning supplies I requested/provided, failed to do many items on the list including simple dusting, came back to reclean and missed that same things and did not call the second time either. Total waste of our money, worst customer service ever. DO NOT USE!!!!!!

Total lack of customer service. Cleaning not up to par at all.. Did not clean house as stated in agreement. Left obvious things such as dust, cobwebs etc. Customer service was horrible. Did not seem to care about keeping me as a customer. Do not use them - complete waste of money.

poor customer service, items will go missing. Problem with items going "missing", and when you call to complain, they will try to convince you that you simply misplaced them. Cleaning is so-so, different cleaning "teams" produce different results.

Not worth the expense and headache, would NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

My experience = Grade F. My experience with Molly Maids was poor....didn't clean many of the promised items, only stayed very abbreviated time and REFUSED to honor their guarantee. Would not recommend!!
