The Best Ice Cream & Sweet Treat. It is really delicious ice creams, cakes, flavors, and much more. It is a good place to go to enjoy of deserts. It is located in a good place.

Ice creams are creamy, and fresh. Employee are kind, and always helpful when you need them, just need to simplify their menu, and need to take out that receipt with tip or can for tip. Employees are not beggars, there're hard working human beings.

Note for the Owner: Don't need long and sophisticated menu for food places because it confuses customers, and their appetite, especially if it is new or rush customers!

Crowds of couples, teenagers and parents with toddlers press up against the long refrigerated display case at this dessert chain, where a variety of ice creams, frozen yogurts and sorbets are made in-store daily. Customers choose flavors like sweet cream, cake batter or banana, add mix-ins--ranging from candy bar chunks and Gummi bears to hot fudge and peanut butter--then servers mash it all together on a frozen slab of granite.

sweet treat!. Coldstone has lots of great ice cream flavors to choose from and then you can add in anything you want, like fruit, candy, and brownies! All of the ice cream is made there in the store and is really fresh and creamy, they also have sorbet that is lower in sugar. It is an awesome place to stop for a treat if you want something sweet! And they have the best ice cream cakes ever!! you can even design your own. It can be kinda confusing at first because there are so many options, but they have great workers to help you out!

Not worth the price. I don't get the whole concept of this place. There is more than one menu, which is confusing. Menu 1 is a ridiculously long list of pricey ice cream flavors with silly names. Menu 2 is a list of pricier flavors with sillier names. Warning: if you want candy added into your ice cream, they will smash, mash, and violate your ice cream in every way imaginable, and then charge you for the pleasure of watching. I waited on line for over 15 minutes for some overpriced vanilla ice cream, while the servers "sang" to every single customer who put a tip in their jar.

This place isn't much different than the other novelty ice cream parlors that seem to be cropping up all overy the place. The taste of this ice cream is definitely nowhere close to homemade, and personally, I think my favorite grocery store brand tastes better.
