Finding a gym where you feel comfortable can be difficult. Finding a trainer that works well with you and gives you the right encouragement can be trying. Finding both of these in the same place is wonderful. And that's what you have at Delta Fitness. You can do the BOOT program and have the intense training program to jumpstart yourself into a new life. You can work out with a trainer as many days of the week that you want and can afford. You can have gym buddies that you see because you go at a certain time and you know they'll be there. You may not do more than talk briefly, groan at the same times and share a knowing look that you'd rather be anywhere than on your back with your feet in the air trying to grab your ankles. You can work out with Mr Popular, one of the finest trainers in this town. A friendly guy who trains you and makes the person who's come in for the first time feel welcome. A smile and a joke and a great workout all at the same time. All the while helping you achieve your goals. Try this gym. You may find that it's the one you've been looking for.

The staff is very friendly, the instructors are amazing, and the coaching group is phenomenal!! If you are considering joining a gym, here’s why you should pick Delta: Atmosphere - Others may not like the "cozy" environment, but this is exactly what appeals to me. I love seeing the same faces and making some new friends along the way. Group Class Instructors – If you love to dance, especially to Latin music, then Mary’s Zumba class is where you should be on Thursday mornings! If a high intensity workout is what you’re looking for, then Clara’s Turbo Kick class is perfect for you. And lastly, if you enjoy spinning, or just want to give it a try (like I finally did), then Mary’s classes are the best! BOOT – I loved the personal attention I received from “T” and would do it again someday. Even though I only completed the 6 week program, I still gained a lot from the experience. I feel much more educated about the food choices I make and I even learned that my body can withstand the intense workouts that I always stayed away from. If you’re just getting started, this could be the program that gets you going, or it may be how you get out of a rut (like me)! Either way… it’s still an experience you will never forget. Coaching Staff – The best coaches around are here at Delta. “Mr. Popular” has been my coach for a year and I could not have asked for anyone better. Another reviewer felt he didn’t pay enough attention to his clients, but this is absolutely not true. I was terrified of working out in the gym when I joined last year, but with his guidance, I am comfortable working out on my own now. I love the personal attention I receive and even though I may be working hard, we still find ways to make it fun. They take the time to learn about you and your lifestyle so they can help you make the best plan to be successful. I never thought I’d be able to lose over 50 lbs in a year, but with this kind of support it really can happen!
