Great Food...poor service!. I love the food and atmosphere at Bistro...especially Citrus Chicken. I LOVE it! This is a great place to have a quiet and relaxed meal. ...especially on your birthday! It is also located right near the Green Hills Mall...great location!

The service, however, is a different story. Make sure you ask for EVERYTHING you need when the waitor/waitress is at your table. If you don't you may not get anything to drink during your meal. Don't wait for them to ask or to bring you a drink. This actually happened to me several times before I started asking for everything I needed. Also, the waitresses tend to be a little on the rude side. They also have bread...but sometimes they forget to bring it out....so ask!

One of the worst dinners I ever ate!. The food was cold, the potatoes were bland, the asparagus had no flavor, and the steak was awful. It is a good thing they give you up to $15.00 off on your birthday cause I would have been very angry if I had been required to pay full price for my meal - that I could not eat. I will never set foot in Bistro 215 again. Try to make me go there and I say "NO, NO, NO! I won't GO, GO, GO"! Sure glad I saved some birthday money to use later in the week for a good meal cause this one was awful. Should have know it was bad when there were only 4 or 5 tables with customers in the whole place. The waitress must have know it was bad, this was the first time I have ever been to a restaurant where the waitress or manager did not ask about the quality of the food - shame cause I would have given them the same earfull that I am typing here.

Surely there is room for another quality restaurant in Green Hills, if not they should just shut the place down and open another nail or beauty salon in the space wasted on Bistro 215.

Great Customer Service. This is one of my favorite places in Green Hills. I love that when you walk in, you are greeted by friendly and smiling staff ready to seat and service you with unique dishes and excellent choices of wine. I haven't had to wait and the food has always been wonderful. I especially love the Blackberry Tuna Salad- very tasty! The chicken salad melt is another great lunchtime item. (insider tip: Use the provided lunchtime punch-card and sit at the bar for two punches- after its full- you get a free entree). Definitely a great restaurant for lunch and dinner in Green Hills!

A comfortable French bistro cuddles up to Green Hills Village.. In Short
Nestled near Green Hills Mall, this bistro-styled restaurant features a large dining room of cozy booths, low lighting and walls adorned with large mirrors. A wide-ranging crowd eats dinner and catches drinks here because of the proximity to Regal Cinemas. Fan favorites include the many fish dishes: A tangy bruschetta is served with tender calamari, and a spicy blackberry tuna salad easily passes as a main course. Other fare includes three sizes of filet mignon and the grilled Alsace Chicken.

Good Wine List. Nice place for a date. Appetizers were great (calamari and cheese plate) but the entrees were a bit off. I had the steak frites which were charred and a little dry, but my boyfriend raved over the prime rib (I thought it was too fatty). Overall we had a good time; the server was very attentive and even gave us a free appetizer since it was our first time there. Valet parking was definately a plus on a Friday night when there wasn't a space to be found. Atmosphere was very nice and even though it was very crowded it wasn't loud. We'll be back.

BISTRO 215 has a FREE BIRTHDAY meal and is 100% SMOKE FREE.. BISTRO 215 has a FREE BIRTHDAY meal for the birthday person. This is for one entrée at any price. I had the steak, potato, and asparagus which were great. The most expensive item on the menu at $25 range is the steak. Service was great the waiter kept coming around filling our drinks. The appetizer was a fondue which was nice at $9. What to expect music is a little loud under the speaker and most people that go here are adult. The wine list is large. Parking is easy if you valet, he will park you in the front driveway if you tip ahead. Valet plan $5-10 depending on night. The BEST PART about BISTRO 215 is the whole restaurant is SMOKE FREE even the bar. Nashville places where you can smell the food not smokers a dream come true. We want to thank the management for a great experience.

Great food, great wine. This place has the best French onion soup in the US, and the wait staff is great, too. But, the real star is the wine list and the knowledge of wines that the staff have. I've discovered some great wine here that I would have never discovered on my own.

Everone at my table food was luke warm. Don't know if I will ever try again. The waiter forgot an appitizer was ordered..Not a godd experience

A terrible restaurant. I've been to Bistro twice; after my first expereince I swore I'd never go back, but after recent staff changes and a new chef, I thought I'd give them a second chance. Boy was that a bad idea. Both times the service has been horrible, we waited 20 minutes for 3 appetizers one night. My steak was not undercooked, but still ice cold in the middle. The new general manager is as pretentious and unaproachable as anyone I've ever spoken to in a restaurant. He's got a real holier than thou sense to him. Bad service, decent food if they can cook it right, and a terrible, terrible management staff. Stay away.
