Mike was very professional and friendly from the first visit to job completion. He listened to what we wanted and had several photo albums to look through and even hold onto for a day. He wanted us to be sure and not make a irrational decision since this fence was an investment.

His price was about the same as others EXCEPT his price included cedar planks/boards - which others wanted to charge much more for. The job was completed much faster than I expected.

About 8 months later, a pressure treated post became warped - which is bound to happen. I called Mike and not only did his crew replace the one I saw, but another one that was starting to do the same.

That is excellent customer service.
