DO NOT USE. I moved to a new house which already had a security system in it. Security Networks came through and told me they had an awesome deal at $50/mo for ONE touchscreen and ONE key fob - and a FIVE year contract. Although the contract does not contain a non-cancelable clause; they refuse to let me out of my contract.

Go to ADT - they offer the same wireless monitoring, internet access, TWO fobs and pads (one touch one old fashioned buttons) for ONLY $29.99.

Now I have to *convince* Secturity Networks to let me out of my contract as I've asked 3 times and spoken to 5 different people; none of whom will bother to let me out of the contract. Boy will they be pissed when they pick up the pieces of their touchscreen on the road outside. --- Yeah, they wont even let me pay a cancellation fee - THEY ARE FLAT DENYING ME THE ABILITY TO CANCEL.

alarm zenith with security networks houston. I wanted to switch alarm companies since i didnt want to use a landline anymore. I remembered a young guy with alarm zenith had come to my door about 6 months earlier and left his card so I called and he came out for the assessment. He actually gave me the wireless system for free and the monitoring was around 40 a month. Ive been with them ever since and have had no problems with security networks or alarm zenith.

Security Networks Bait and Switch. No different then all the other slimy alarm companies. First they said they were with GE, and the next thing you know they are trying to get you to sign a contract. I dont know what is the problem with these alarm companies, how about trying "good service at a good price".

Horrible service, shady contract, military beware. My husband and I had this service installed in 2008 in a model home that we had purchased. Since Security Networks had been recommended as the company that had been used in the past in that home we thought it would be okay. We couldn't have been more wrong. Do not trust A+ ratings on the BBC website. When we contacted their customer service we explained that we are a military family and that we will be moving sooner or later. We where told no problem and on no contracts that we signed does it say that there is a cancelation charge or that you have to find someone to buy out your contract. We are now finding out, now that we are living in military housing in Colorado, that they will continue to bill you for the service and have no special consideration for anyone who has orders and can no longer use the service. We of course faxed over our orders as requested by Security Networks customer service representives and it wasn't until they refused to stop billing, we talked to 4 different people, that they told us they would not stop billing. They said that my husband and myself would have to be sent overseas to cancel. They will now continue to bill us $500.00 for service we will not be able to use.

professional-fastest response on weekend. called late in the evening over the w/e and spoke with owner that night. very helpful and scheduled install next day...on sunday. arrived on time, very satisfied with contract and extra equipment installed at resonable rate for ADT service. tech neat, and very helpful. office staff contacted me on Monday am to make sure everthing was good over the w/e. would recommned to family or friends. professional and helpful with quick response. no other companies returned my call until later into the week.

Terrible Service. As a former client of Security Networks, I was extremely unsatisfied. They did not disclose the true terms of the contract, and failed to return even one phone call to me in my attempts to straighten out the mistakes they caused. On the few occasions that I reached a support representative, I was lied to concerning the status of my contract. Their customer service during this period was unacceptable, and their failure to communicate caused problems that I am continuing to deal with 2 years later. Not recommended; extremely unsatisfied.

professional and informative.. i had been broken into on a wednesday night. i called adt security networks early that morning and had my system installed the next day. tech was on time and helpful. i recommended to my friends next door.

Home Security. Unethical sales, use bait and switch techniques, and substitute used equipment for what should have been new.
