Decent food. Horrible customer service.. I eat here pretty often because I work nearby. The food is decent. The employees are not. I have been there when there were a lot of people waiting and when it was just me and maybe one other customer and it's all the same--the guy who fixes the food rushes you through as if he has somewhere else to be. He looks at you like you're wasting his time if you pause for 2 seconds to think about what toppings you want. Then, he throws them on so fast half of them end up on the counter or floor instead of in your box. But, like me, there are many others trapped downtown during the work day who have very few choices when you have to get in and out of somewhere in an hour or less. So, sadly, no matter what the people at Chile Burrito do they know they are still going to have many customers every day.

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Went to the chile burrito for the first time a couple of weeks ago with my wife and instantly had a new favorite resturant. I am from the southwest and I know a thing or two about a good burrito, and this was honestly the best burrito I have had in 6 years in Tennessee. I returned today for lunch and ordered the exact same thing for the exact same price as the first time only this time they give me a burrito that is the size of a 99 cent burrito from McDonalds. I quietly waited through the line for a second time only to be scoffed at and argued with by the jerk behind the counter who told me, "Well they must not have charged you the right price last time cause that"s all you get for the price you paid! I can"t give it away!" (he's the one who rang up order last time) to which I replied, "No one asked you to, but that's ok, I just won't come here anymore." Then he just scoffed and said, "Whatever." I ended up leaving hungry after paying $20 for two burritos and two cokes. This guy doesn't understand that the only reason he didn't get his ass kicked was because I didn't want to go to jail and I didn't want to embarrass my wife in front of some of her co-workers that happened to be there at the time. This guy is a joke.

Watch your pennies..... I've had two experiences with Chile Burrito...first one the guy behind the register says "Would you like chips and salsa with that?" Being new to their eatery, I replied "Sure". He failed to mention that they charge a nominal fee for their chips and salsa.

2nd incident is: I ordered a medium burrito with meat. The total was $6.54. I gave the same guy (as the previous incident) $6.75. He took his time with getting me my change and when he handed it to me, he gave me only 1 penny back. I looked at him and he had a look on his face like "oops, I was caught". I failed to say anything because there was a long line behind me but mentioned it to my co-worker as we walked back to work. So, I when I returned to work I called Chile Burrito and this same guy answered the phone and told me that a medium burrito with meat is $6.54 with tax. He totally ripped me off and knew he was doing it. He also doesn't offer you a receipt....so, perhaps...I'm not the only victim in his little scam.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Many different choices on the menu. You could eat here everyday and not get bored of the selections. Nachos piled high with your favorite fixings, quesadillas, salads, burritos, fish tacos. I love everything on the menu. The nachos are my fav., they use a rich white queso cheese that is absolutely delicious. Everything is "build your own", so you get exactly what you want on your order. I am a lifetime fan!

Best fish tacos by far!. The fish tacos at Chile Burrito are just the best! I drive out of my way to get them. Be careful going here around lunch time, as the line is often out the door. The service is fast and friendly, they have my order prepared for me before I even get to the counter (I eat here about 3 times per week).

Great food. By far the best mexican I've had in Nashville. Be prepared to get there early, the line can be out the door during lunch and on Sundays after church. Fish taco's are awesome.

The Food is Amazing!. Wow! This is the best mexican food in town. The food is fresh and love your house dressing. My children love the big burritos. The wall decore is unique. Our family is addicted. It is our weekly stop. Thanks for a great restaurant in town.

Chile Burrito dominates all Mexican Restaurants in the Nashv. Chile Burrito dominates all Mexican Restaurants in the Nashville area. The fish tacos are my fav., I would love to know how they make the sauce they put on them. I have many friends that drive clear across town to get fish tacos from Chile Burrito. Great employees, great atmosphere and awesome food.

Way better than the competition. I have been going to the Brentwood location religiously since it opened. My son has a wheat allergy and the staff is always more than willing to clean the grill for me, since they serve wheat tortillas. I am a big fan of the Baja chicken enchilada soup and salad. There is a line out the door on Sunday after church, but it moves swiftly.

Yummy chicken nachos!!. I absolutly love this place. I usually get the grilled chicken nachos (get the cheese on the side if you take it to go). I also love the tortas, (its a mexican sandwitch)with the shredded chicken, a little black beans, corn salsa, lettuce and pico and sour cream.
