Best Computer Repair in Nashville! Fast Knowledgable Service. This is the best computer repair service and I really appreciate the time that was taken to fix my computer issues and it was done right. I had used someone else before hand but it was done right when I went to the these people. I made it clear that I needed some documents for a court case I was working on for a client and I needed those immediately. The first place I went to made no effort to get me the much needed sensitive materials. They also performed replacements that were not necessary and I still had the virus. I went to this people and they immediately came over, took off my needed files and removed the confirmed I still had a virus in my computer that wouldn't go away. I was happy the speedy return that was provided by these people. They got me my work so I was no longer standing still and removed the virus. The technician knew exactly everything to look for and went straight to work on the problem. I am thankful for finding this diamond in the rough. I called several yahoos close to nashville before I went with this herd and i liked the fact that they cherge a flat no fuss fee with no hourly charges. I was looking at a long haul ahead and I needed my computer for my family to get ready for a long ride.
My computer was so full of virusas and junk that it got were it woulnt turn on. There was over 182 virusas on it. The tech cleaned all that mess out and put softwere on it to keep from havin that problem again.
My computer was slow before this feller worked on it. Now its faster then two jiggles in a jack rabbits ass.
I was happy with how better my computer is. My youngins like to do all that utoobin and googlin so when I had to take off on that long haul for werk they were reel happy. There pages were comin up faster then ever

At my wits end.. I was so grateful that I found this company after using another shop that nearly "cost me the cost of a whole new computer" I was ready to throw the computer out the window when I found these reviews going back for nearly a decade on Summers Technologies. The funny thing is, after the other shop replaced the motherboard, the ram, the cpu, and the power supply they were saying "you know what maybe we should change the hard drive, that smaybe the problem." Why didn't they know that was the problem? It seems like they just swap stuff out until it works. Well i gave them the boot and told them to put all my old parts back and was about to look into buying a new computer. Well I found Summers Technologies after reading these stellar reviews and the technician found the EXACT problem in 5 minutes. A power button! I had good memory, a good mother board, a good power supply and I would have ended up being charged for ALL those by the other company PLUS a hard drive and it STILL wouldn't have been fixed. It is nice that people still exist that know there field. This company is my numero uno for now on for computers.

When I looked up and called Summers technologies, I was pleasantly surprised to find Steve willing to come over within a few hours, not days like many in the computer business.
After several hours of non stop work, he was able to resurrect a nearly fatally sick computer for 1/3 of what I would have paid to the "Geek Squad."
In addition, he built a brand new Linux based "super computer" for my son, from the ground up using premium components, for less than 1/2 the price of a similarly equipped mainstream computer.
Unlike other "service techs", plumbers, electricians and such who MARK up the costs of their materials/components, aside from the more than fair labor charge, I paid not one cent more for the components than Steve did. This I KNOW, as I checked online for the identical components.
He has also consulted with me over the phone, and actually performed a quick fix of my daughter's PC remotely for NO charge. (he'll be sorry I mentioned that! LOL)
I would NOT have anyone in my home a 2nd time that was in any manner dishonest the 1st time.
Steve has worked on 2 PC's here. I would ask no one else to care for them.

While appearing professional and cordial, his deceptive business practices are many and the grievances are numerous!
Our contract stated, he would pick up my laptop at 8:30PM, only two hours after I'd called. He picked it up as agreed, we'd contracted he'd return it the next morning at 9AM. While he'd answered his phone quick enough initially, (beware, he has a tracer of sorts when anyone makes a call to his phone, which he states he manufactured this device himself, which may be illegal, that performs among other things, an internet check of your personal affairs.) Mr. Summers did NOT honor his contract N return my computer 9AM the next morning When I called him at 9:30AM NO answer! He stated when I finally got ahold of him at 1PM that afternoon, that he'd pulled and all-nighter and stayed up till 4AM and did not get up until 12PM that afternoon. He'd already breached our contract. When I finally agreed to pay for it, which was about a week later, I returned his lazy N unconcerned attitude about our contract, I thought it only fair I'd make him wait for payment, since he reiterated his need for money about a dozen times, when I finally decided it was time to redeem by computer, once again, he breached our contract, he stated he would returned in a certain time that, again he breached our contract. He does NOT comprehend how to transact "Good" business! "If" you want to keep your customers happy and coming back simply apply the "Golden rule" do unto to other, as you would have them do unto you! Spread righteousness, you'll be glad you did!
I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and a few other choice consumer complaint forums. He will understand sooner or later, and my money is on later, but he'll get the point when the authorities question him over his unethical business practices. MOREOVER, I have received a call from a consumer protection agency about his unethical business practices. I too am a business owner, and I would never dream of treating a customer with such flagrant disregard, it's not congruent to longevity to treat customers with such ill contempt and then worst of all, lie about the work you actually perform. Mr. Summers said he performed our contracted agreed upon replacement of the touchpad ribbon connector, and also stated that he'd worked on my computer for six hours, (which is absolutely impossible, since he did NOT have the hard-drive AND he only soldered the touchpad ribbon connector to the touchpad ribbon connector itself) which is located on the motherboard, so as soon as he arrived, I took the keyboard off and to my NOT so surprised expectations, I discovered he'd lied about that as well, and when I told him he indeed did NOT replace the touchpad ribbon connector, he replied, "it's repaired" BUT he was going to charge me for the replacement, which he did NOT perform, and at that point we had a rather heated verbal exchange, and I requested my spouse phone the police, and he forthwith walked out of my residence, had I not been physically disabled, and almost unable to walk, I would have detained him until the police arrived. People like him should NOT be allowed to continue in business! It's people like him that make the world full of the evil, it's filled with, which makes it much more difficult for honest businesses to survive, the world's full of dishonest stupid people and ones like Mr. Steve Summers should have his "privilege" of conducting business taken away. He attempted to get laptop back w/o paying. told customer we need payment to return the laptop. He called said has money. I returned the unit, took out Keyboard screws and ripped keyboard off w/o disconnecting the fpc cable to the keyboard, screamed YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING I'M NOT PAYING YOU! I tried to tell customer to insert drive and test his unit. He refused, called me every expletive, I left. Scammed me out of a free work by stating to me he had trucks of comp work Saved him 300+ on mobo.
Best customer service in town. Reliable, courteous and diligent service is what I've experienced. Summer Tech leaves no stone unturned! Far superior service to anyone else I've used in Nashville and will be my go-to in the future.

I've contacted this company on several occasions to get advice on many issues regarding my PC and have consistently received thoughtful and very helpful advice, which has undoubtedly saved me untold amounts over time. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone with computer issues, just give them a call!
WARNING - DISHONEST - Filed complaint with BBB. WARNING - DO NOT GO HERE!!! Had Steve come and assess my computer situation, he told me it was going to take almost $400. At the time, this was a lot of money but I needed the computer to work. Steve left and I immediately reviewed with my wife and we decided that we needed to wait for financial reasons. I called Steve 6 times over the next 4 hours with no response to change his approach, I would pay him for his assessment but didn't want the rest of the work done. He was not available, didn't respond to messages until 6 to 8 hours later. Steve then told me I was out of luck and had already paid and he had already done the work. I explained that it isn't my fault that he didn't answer the phone. After some heated debate (what ever happened to customer satisfaction?) - Steve said he would refund my money and give me the computer back. It is now 5 months later and despite numerous phone calls reminding Steve of the money, I still do not have the money. Save your $ and go to someone that does a good job and is a person of integrity. This is clearly not how Summers Technologies operates.
Issued customer two refunds, I was advised we cannot issue a third as the first two were cashed. I tried really hard to help this customer but he was impossible to pacify. In the 8 yrs of making people happy hes the first I one could't. he was very angry and threatened all kinds of different things over the phone. I wish him the best but he was not possible to make happy and I tried really hard. Customer also felt need to show us our competitors information over the internet
