I would use them again. I worked exclusively with Chris Montgomery on this project and I can't say enough great things about him and the job he did for me. I have since given his name (and that of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing) to two other people. Chris was responsive, professional, presented himself well, thorough, efficient, and did a wonderful job of explaining things to me in terms I could understand. I would say he is an asset to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and that I would use them again solely based on my experience with him.

fantastic. Merrit and Zach with Benjamin Franklin have been fantastic. Their pricing is on the high end for plumbing, but you get what you pay for in quality, cleanliness, professionalism, and warranty.

very professional. I contracted with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing because they were the most prompt in contacting me to come to my home to check out the work to be done. They sent one of their tech's right away. His name is Brad Curry. I found him to be very friendly, courteous, and most importantly, very professional. I felt comfortable with him performing my work soon after our meeting... He performed the needed work in a very prompt professional manner. The work was done in a surprisingly short period of time and all the repairs and additions work and look good. The dispatchers were courteous and good to keep me informed as to what time to expect Brad
