Not so great...

Went here once for an eye exam. It was a Saturday and they were PACKED. I had to wait about 2 hours and kept getting shuffled around from person to person and at one point was told to just go look at glasses frames (even though I was not getting frames) until they were ready to take me back again. I got a pair of contacts to try out for a week, which really bothered my eyes, BTW, and when I called to make a follow up appt I was told they couldn't see me on a Saturday again and the (very RUDE) girl asked "Can't you come in today?!?!" Ummm... No, I can't. I work the same hours which you are open, which is why I specifically asked for a Saturday appointment. I explained I was having some serious issues with my vision and experiencing migraines and dizziness and the response was "well, too bad, guess you will either come in today or wait a over a week." So I called another place and I will be going THIS Saturday. Will NOT be going back due to lack of patient service.

Be Aware!!

I only can give one star; If I could I would give 0. I went there to let just a simple job do. Replacing the nose pads on my glasses. Somehow this very unprofessional stupid cow scratched my glasses and it went up in a $400 bill for replacing. I don’t know how she did it, because she always turned her back on me, or why she did it. Maybe she was frustrated not to make any money on the replacement. Don't go there! Find a more professional eye care store.
