AWFUL customer care!

i was planning my wedding &i had been working with j mike. i wanted to have a flower in my hair on my wedding day, & after talking with j mike, i ordered an orchid hair piece. 2 days b4 pickup, my hair stylist cancelled the practice round. i came to the store to let them know id need to reschedule, & it was after 4:00 & they were closed. i looked up the # online, called & left a msg explaining the situation & that id be in to reschedule & to talk about the centerpieces i wanted. i never heard anything from them so assumed all was well. the next time i went in, it was to talk about my centerpieces. j mike wasn't in at the time, & mike was sitting at the front desk. i was trying to get some info on delivery fees & he just was refusing to speak to me & kept saying id have to wait for j mike. he accused me (out of nowhere) of having a terrible attitude & started YELLING at me for standing them up with the hair piece. i explained i called & he said i was lying & began to yell at me for a good 10 mins. i tried to say 'no but i did, i left a msg' & finally when i said 'look, you need to stop yelling at me!' he THREW ME OUT OF HIS STORE! he was screaming so loudly people outside his door were staring as i walked out. he got out of his seat, was pointing his finger & yelling. now, i don't know if i mistakenly dialed the wrong # or what, but he was furious! i came back about 4 days later (for the sake of saving a long standing business relationship- stupid, i know) & very timidly asked if i might be able to smooth things over from what had happened. (this b/c my boss asked me to). i was met again w/ complete hostility. my boss ended up stepping in and said 'you need to fix this.' she was promised an apology would be made & i have yet to receive one. its been 5 months! i ended up working with the tulip tree &they were WONDERFUL! i DO NOT recommend working with this man at all! while they may be good, you just never know when they'll jump down your throat over nothing.
