We called A&R and scheduled our move 6 days in advance. They were supposed to be there at 9am. After two calls (one at 10AM the other at 11:30AM) We were finally told the moving crew had moved one of the guys out of his apartment the night before, and they were spending the morning moving his stuff into a storage unit. I cancelled around noon and found another company. After leaving us high and dry, A&R had the nerve to call at 2PM and ask if we still needed them.
Pros: Very apologetic

The ONLY thing I'd have done differently would be to have recieved a call letting me know they'd be late. However, these guys did a fantastic job, and even made it fun to do business with them. They were friendly, professional, and did an excellent job. Call ahead to confirm the time, but don't avoid them for that reason. They're in demand because they're good at what they do, and the price can't be beat! Mike and Rodney were terrific to work with, took excellent care of my belongings, and were finished in no time flat!
Pros: Cost, Handling, Friendly Service
