Best Fence company. I used this site to research a fence company. I looked at multiple companies and received five estimates. I have to admit I was initially skeptical of Bryan Fences because the reviews seemed almost too good to be true. I can now say this high praise is valid and well deserved. I spoke with Ellis over the phone who came out the next day to look at my property and provide me with an estimate. He was courteous and took the time to answer all of my questions (which there were many) and helped to informed me of what to look for when constructing a fence. I actually used this information to quiz the other companies and found out many were apparently skipping some of the minor details most certainly to save them time and protect their bottom line. I was very pleased to find out that despite this attention to detail this company was very competitively priced. The job was scheduled for just over two weeks out (sooner than most of my other estimates) and was actually finished ahead of schedule. The fence looks great and all that was promised was delivered. This level of professionalism was much appreciated because I have a relatively small lot in area code 37013. Some other companies seemed like they really did not want to be bothered with this type of job. I felt that this company valued my business and Ellis thanked me for it several times. This lengthy review is my way of thanking this company for their service and the pride they have in their work. If you want a: professional, courteous, fast, competitively priced company that will help educate you (if needed) and deliver all that they have promised than you can do no better than Bryan Fences.

Excellent Value, Great Service. I had Ellis at Bryan Fences come out and bid the work to build a fence at my new house. He was very helpful and took the time to explain what I needed. His guys were out in no time and got the fence installed. The fence looks awesome and I thought his prices were very competitive. You cannot go wrong if you choose Bryan Fences. Good constuction, good value, quick and quality work. Ellis came and quoted our fence a day after speaking with him. Completed the job in a timley manner and everything worked out great. I will definitely use Bryan Fences again!

great service, great price, great workmanship. This is my first review on Citysearch, but I used CS reviews to hire this contractor, so I figured I'd add a review. Like it says in the title "great service, great price, great workmanship". You can't often get all three from a business, but I got it with Bryan Fence. Thanks Ellis for the great fence! I'll be calling you again when I move to the new house.

Awesome work. Beautiful work and crafstmanship.. Won't use anyone else in town. Bryan Fences is an awesome company and they do a beautiful job. Will use them for our new house as soon as we get settled and can! We love the work they do. Very artistic also! Not your average fence company.

product not what was promised. We had a cyprus wood fence bulit in May of 2007 & Mr. Bryan went on & on about how cyprus wood is the strongest & best wood to build our fence out of. We put in the extra $$ for this fence & less than 4 months later, it looked awful. The posts have bent & made the fence crooked--it's looks like we've had the fence for 10 years & it's been less than a year. I don't recommend going for the more expensive wood-stick to the cheaper stuff--it will save you in the long run!!!

The Perfect Fence. Hi. I work for a major music organization in Nashville. We searched the city over to find the right fence for our office. When we found Ellis and his company, we were treated with respect and patience as we were not sure as to what type of fence was best for our property. Ellis helped us find a style that fit our building. It is absolutely amazing. The work was quick and efficient. Ellis was able to go around our schedule and was available to answer all our questions- and we had plenty. We never felt like we were pressured and always felt that he cared about what we wanted in our fence. He is a small family-oriented company that does wonderful, custom work. We would recommend Bryan Fences to anyone!

Is this the best Nashville has to offer?. After reading the rave reviews and seeing this one rated as the best in Nashville, I phoned Ellis to inquire of fencing my new residence. Being new to Nashville, I didn't have anyone from whom to get recommendations. I left a message for Ellis explaining I'd selected him from his reviews on CitySearch. Being that I was out of town, Ellis returned the call and asked me to phone upon my return to Nashville. I did just that, leaving him a message again. After a couple of days with no return phone call, I phoned again. This time, Ellis answered the phone stating he was currently installing a wrought iron fence. He didn't seem to remember our last conversation and sounded as if he really wanted to get back to his fencing. He asked me if it was a small space to fence, saying, "so what is it, like a 20 x 30 or something. I mean, really, is it worth my time to come out there and look at it?" Well, how could I answer what was worth his time. I explained the area I was attempting to fence was a 150 x 80, at which point Ellis then told me he'd certainly like to come out and give an estimate. He stated he would phone me when he finished that afternoon. And to this date, a month later, I have never heard from Ellis again. And as highly as he is rated, I'd be an idiot to track down someone who didn't have the professionalism enough to return repeated phone calls. What makes this guy so great? Or is the expectations of Nashvillians that low? Not such a good experience from someone who is rated the "best" by CitySearch. What's the criteria for this sort of a rating? I certainly hope this is not the best Nashville has to offer in other areas.

worth their weight in GOLD. My wife and I are new home owners and these guys made it easy to get exactly the fence we wanted. The service was on professional, affordable and on time. I would not hesitate recommending Bryan Fences to everyone I know. I also love that they're a very local business and not a franchise. Ellis was easy to work with and came in right at the quote, no hidden extra costs. If you're considering a fence, you should use them for sure.

Great Company and Great Service. We built a new home in Brentwood, Tn last year and we installed a Bryan fence. The quality and workmanship was excellent. Because of the rock and soil content in the area some of the fence post had to be set in concrete footings. We had some strong winds in the area over the Christmas holidays and a section of the fence tilted over. I called Ellis and in the dept of winter they came out and repaired the fence within a few days. I would highly recommend Bryan Fence Company. They are number one in my book.
