Great experience, would do business with them again..
After having computer problems I started looking around for a repair company. I heard nothing but horrible news about geek squad, but a friend recommended PC dude.
These guys went above and beyond to solve my computer issues. If you're in Nashville and are looking for help on your computer, I can't vouch for other companies but I will vouch for PC Dude

GREAT Service & Techs. Since I run an accounting and tax business, I need quick repairs and someone that respects the confidentiality of the files on my computer. PC Dude's staff are more than attentative to my requests and go out of their way to meet my schedule. I totally trust them with my computer and would recommend them to anyone that requires their computer for work.

Worst Knowledgeable people ever.. These guys sounded like idiots on the phone. I call witha simple problem about my computer. I could have actually fixed it myself but i decided to be lazy and call a local business and give them a chance. These guys didnt have a clue about what i was talking about on the phone. I will not recommend them to anyone. I ended up using another computer service.

Best Place For Notebook Repair. I found the PC Dude after Dell quoted me $600 for a motherboard replacement for my laptop. They fixed it for less than a 3rd of the cost Dell quoted. Very friendly staff and Tom was very helpful and seemed to know alot about notebooks!!! 4 star service.
