We had our senior tech that has 22 years of carpet cleaning experience to Julies house. She showed him 2 rooms she wanted cleaned. One of the room measured 330ft. The tech stated that the room was over 300ft and would count as 2 rooms as per the voucher she purchased. Julie said she knew it was over 300ft, but since there was furniture in the room it should count as one. Julie had the choice to have the one room cleaned as her voucher, or she could choose another room that would be under the 300ft. She said we were a scam and to leave her house. By this time I was on the phone with the tech. I told the tech to leave. Julie stood in front of her door and would not let the tech leave her house. ( Very Bizarre) This has never happened in 14 years in business. The tech had to tell her she was holding him hostage in her house and it was wrong. She finally let him leave. I am very thankful we did no work at this home. Amazon did give her a full refund for the voucher she purchased.

I had a horrible experience with Central Chem-dry. I did an Amazon voucher and the would do 2 rooms under 300 square feet. They said my first room was 334 ft and would not do second room. I explained that they were messuring wrong and including a 4x4 alcove as though it went across the room when it did not. The room was 288 square feet including alcove when(16x17(272) feet plus 4x4 (16) feet) I measured with tape measure. They then called office. I asked to speak with office and said it was a scam. They then refused to clean carpet or let me talk to office even though I said just clean the one room since I had already paid for it. I obviously got very upset since the already had my money. The technition was rude to me. The owner said they would not make money on voucher unless I was a repeat customer so would not clean. I did get money back from Amazon, but very upseting day. I am having company this weekend and really wanted my carpet cleaned.

Living Social Review: Darrell was very nice and gave us the best price he could to do all the areas I wanted done that weren't covered by the Living Social Deal. The carpet looks wonderful this morning. It was a great experience! Please thank Darrell for us and thank YOU for offering the deal. My carpet really needed cleaning after all my company and he got all the spots out!

I was asked to review my experience with Chemdry. First off I bought a Groupon for 2 rooms. It was inexpensive so I really didnt expect much. I was amazed on how the carpet looked. Most of the stains came right up. I did pay for the pet treatment. I wish they would of included it for free but hey, I know they have to make something. I did add on an extra bedroom and they charged me $35. All in all ill use them again.

My carpets were cleaned today. I was asked to place a review so here it is. They showed up a little early which I was ok with. I called off the Val-pak coupon. I had him clean the sofa and loveseat. There was definitely a big improvement. Thanks.

Great service from beginning to end. Diane (co-owner) made sure I got the date and time I needed, and the service technician Troy was timely, knowledgable, and efficient. Super!

I used Central Chem-Dry for the first time, recently bought one of the $59 Groupon deals and I was very disappointed by the whole experience. I have used other chem-dry companies before and have had great results. This experience with Central was a complete nightmare. They cleaned my carpet with a buffer machine and a cloth towel and left a dirty stale smell in my home and I had to vacuum the carpet after it dried. I usually pay $99-$120 for the cleaning from other chem-dry companies in Nashville and the cleaning has been excellent. This company used a completely different cleaned method and I would never use this them again.

carpet cleaning. I was very disappointed with the service. The actual price was almost double what was quoted to me on the phone. I had the cleaning at 11:00 and it still was not dry by 5:30 PM They are overpriced and the carpet is not dry in the time frame of 2-4 hours.

Chem-Dry. The current Groupon is the same price as the TNT Chem-Dry coupons already on their page. I'm not sure if you can use two coupons at once. If so they have a 3 rooms for $99 and a $25 off carpet cleaning. I'm not sure of the rating since I won't have my carpets cleaned until next week.
