Great Hotel, Excellent Service!!. We have stayed at the Embassy Suites in Franklin many times. It is our favorite hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are VERY clean and the beds are so comfortable that it is so hard to get up in the mornings.

I recommend this Hotel to anyone who likes comfort, great prices, and excellent breakfast!! It is also located in a very convenient location. You are close to most everything in Coolsprings.

In 1984, the first Embassy Suites location debuted in Overland Park, Kan. Today, the property's luxury accommodations make it an ideal hotel for conferences, special events and weddings. All hotel rooms are spacious two-room suites that include a separate living area with a sofa bed and desk, a private bedroom, two televisions, a wet bar, a refrigerator and a coffeemaker. Guests may also attend a nightly reception with beverages.

Incompetent, Rude Staff. While I agree with a previous reviewer that the hotel is lovely in appearance, I am sad to say I cannot agree that the staff was friendly. My new husband and I recently checked in for an overnight stay to recoup from the wedding craziness. We were treated to an 11:00 p.m. phone call from the front desk because their desk clerk made an error in our check-in process. I would like to say that at that hour the staff was apologetic, kind, hospitable, and accommodating. OH NO. We were subjected to belligerence, rudeness, elitism and the desk manager telling my new husband that "we do not rent by the hour". I only wish that Mr. Conrad Hilton could have been available to guide that poor lad and remind him of the company's credo "It has been, and continues to be our responsibility to fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality".

Shame on you Embassy Suites for allowing anyone to treat a customer this way.

Elegant Accomodations. Beautiful hotel, highly reccomended for meetings, receptions, etc. The staff event planner was fantastic, communicative, and efficient. The lounge bartender was the nicest barman I've ever met. Like he was happy to be there, happy to serve you... rare, I know. The rooms are comfy and the pool is immaculate. The staff is eager to give directions and offer advice on where to go/what to see. Highly reccomended!
