My dog stayed here for a weekend when I had to work. When I went in I was impressed they seemed clean. The staff was kind of rude. I had never left my dogs anywhere before I was asked again and again to fax my vax. they lost all my paperwork more than twice! When I picked my dog up I had to go home and give her a bath she smelled like urine and fecies
Pros: they are close to my house
Cons: no sunday or saturday hours!!!

My call was returned a month later. The owner apologized for the delay(??) He said he thought my dog had a sprained paw. I explained what the vet thought and the procedures performed. I sent a copy of the bill and was reimbursed by the owner. Gross neglect was an overstatement but a call to me and/or my vet was indicated. It's hard for me to rate the kennel. I think it is the best place I've found for dogs to play and not be caged. I was truly happy when I found them because I felt I could leave my pet without worrying about his care. Perhaps this was an isolated incident, if so, I would say this is the best kennel around. Would I use them again? I'm undecided.
Pros: Good area for play
Cons: Didn't recognize infected paw
