Had a very good experience
by gayz
We recently boarded our 3 dogs here for 5 days. Our inside dog stayed in the house, and the staff held her and petted her all the time. The other two ran outside with the other dogs. They were happy and healthy when we picked them up, and they ate all their food. That to me is a sign that they were happy. They were tired from playing so much, which was nice because we just came home from vacation and didn't have to deal with dogs who were spastic from lack of activity. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful, and we even picked up some tips on how to handle our dogs with barking issues. If you want your dog to be kept in a pristine bubble, this might not be the place for you. But if you want your dog to run and play and "be a dog," then this is the place to be! We will use their services again, without a doubt.
- Pros: The dogs get to be dogs!

Daughter took her pekinese there for about 6 months every other week and was happy with care. But one day she picked Pek up and he couldn't wait to get out of there. She bought him to me and he was really dirty and was acted strange. Panting, eyes real red and I was worried. She called back to gone with the dogs and they said he had been out all day as he wouldn't come in. Now it had been a very hot day and they had beeen warned that pekinese because of short nose overheat quickly in hot weather which I feel they should have known with caring for other people pets. We watched him close that nite and she spoke to Keith the owner the next day and he was not concerned about the problem she had. Lucky for Pek he had no lasting problem because of this day. Last time Pek ever crossed their stairs Beware!.This place only cares about the profits not your pets. This is our personal opinion and we love our furbabies. Written by Pek's Nana
- Pros: none

Scary results of dog training!!
by NtheKnow
Our daughter took her 1.5 year old dog to this facility for boarding along with training. She had to leave her dog for two weeks for the training at a cost of $500.00. She bragged to us about the method the owner used and said it was going to do wonders for her rambunctious dog.
We went to visit her this weekend and we were shocked at how changed her dog was. Prior to training she was the a usual young dog, bouncing around and having the time of her life. She knew basic commands such as come here, sit and where to sleep in the house at night; but our daughter wanted her dog to be "perfect" in discipline. What she got back from this facility was a ZOMBIE!! Her dog acts as though she had a lobotomy done and she shows absolutely no emotion. She doesn't play, run or engage in any fun behavior at all. She would just lay on the floor of the living room or out in the backyard the whole time. I tried to get her to fetch a chew toy (something she loved to do before) and I couldn't get her to move.
Keep in mind this is a 1.5 year old dog and she acts like she is 15 years old now. What a shame and a scary thought about the "supposed" training she had to endure.
I WOULD USE GREAT CAUTION PRIOR TO SENDING YOUR DOG TO THIS FACILITY!!
