Great Quality and Service!!!. The NovaCopy team has given us excellent service and we are very happy with the overall experience. If there is a problem, which is not very often, they are quick to fix it. Thank you NovaCopy for all you do!

Worst employment experience ever.. I recently quit my job with NovaCopy and I can truthfully say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. Working under Joe White was demeaning and stressful. I was asked to work late almost every night and was never paid for it. I strongly urge business owners to stay away from NovaCopy. I was a part of weekly meetings where we basically talked about how to overcharge businesses.

Like a Fine Wine. We tried out NovaCopy after reading about their solutions, and found their solution to fit our needs to a T. No matter what others say, Joe knows copiers and Joe's guy, Mike, made sure we were taken care of. Like a fine wine, most people appreciate it. However, you'll always have one or two turn their noses. Guess that's why people like light beer. Thanks NovaCopy for taking care of our needs and listening to what we wanted. Cheers!

Trial was horrible.. We have a daycare business and our copying/ printing needs are not large. We do print flyers, etc for events and special occasions. Novacopy's sales people visited us on a couple of occasions. We decided to do the two week trial because we thought it would be simple if we did not like the copier. Within a week novacopy delivered a large Konica Minolta machine. It looked to be too much for our needs but we agreed to try it. The delivery did not go well. We did not know what day the set up was. They just showed up. The driver/ delivery guy was ok but said little to us. Later that day another novacopy person came and set up us up to print and scan. This technician was the best experience of novacopy. He was helpful and showed us ways to use the copier we had never thought of. Our two trial had a number of problems; the machine frequently jammed, overall it felt cheap, and like our initial concerns, it was too much for our minor needs. We asked for it to be removed and it was very difficult. They didn't want to schedule us and we were hounded to keep the machine. We received a visit from novacopys president who continued to badger us. I reminded him of the problems we had and he had the service manager call us. We were assured we would get a good working machine but at this point we just wanted it gone. It took another week but novacopy finally came and got it. Besides not listening to our needs, I found them to be overly poshy especially for a copier that had been far from reliable in the trial.

Glad We Switched to Nova Copy. Our company made the transition to Nova Copy several years ago after many years with a local competitor. We currently have 8 printers from Nova Copy and the most pleasant surprise to our company was the quality of the printers we received and we have experienced very little down time. When a service call needs to be made, the technicians are dispatched to our site quickly, repair the equipment and have us back up and running. On the other side of the business, which is also very important to me as a Facilities Manager is our Nova Copy Account Manager, Sheri Lynn Mabey. Sheri Lynn has always been a phone call away if we needed anything at all and has made us feel as if she is works for us and we are the most important client she has. She follows up to make sure whatever needs we may have were taken care of and continues to look at ways to save our company money
