best kept secret in bellevue/Highway 100. Outshines most of the spas in Nashville............far outshines Illusions for pedicures and facials

Wonderful!. I just had my first massage at Trace Retreat. It was great! Lancer was my massage therapist and did a terrific job. The whole staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They went beyond the call of duty to make my experience great! The week before I went in to check it out and they gave me a tour. The decor is rich, beautiful and very relaxing. I love coming out of the massage and being in a nice dimly lit room, then easing down the darkened hall to the lobby. It is not a shock to the system after being so relaxed. All of their rooms are so soothing. I will definitely return form more services. Give this place a try. It is Bellevue's best kept secret!
