Great Shop. Awsome place for invitations, note cards and gifts. I bought all my daughters wedding invitations, announcements, napkins and bridal luncheon invitations at the Paper Mill. The owner is wonderful and helped me sooo much. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else after the help and service I received. Rate this one a 10!!!

Poor Customer Service. While I believe The Paper Mill has a really great selection, I believe the owner is very snotty and NEVER friendly. I order invitations from her due to convenience and I don't believe she has ever smiled at me much less looked at me. She comes across smug and just unlikable. With a great store, you would think there would be great service but unfortunately there isn't. If you don't mind "ugly" owners that don't help at all, but a good selection then this is your place.
