Far from Mexican, but good!!!.
Que rico!!! Qdoba is very flavorful. Great selections and always fresh. Considering that I lived in real Mexico (not CANCUN) for 9 months, I must admit their tacos and burritos are nothing like what I ate in Mexico. Qdoba definitely has an American twist to it, but it comes a lot closer to a real Mexican grill than Taco Bell. I LOVE IT!!

I love Qdoba.
i must tell u i ahve tried burritos in about ever place in town, and outta town...This palce is great, it is so much better than Baja burrito, Baja burrito doesnt even have hot cheese ..how can u be a burrito place and not have have hot queso!?!?! there burritos at Qdoba are huge, and i think they have good music and a good crowd, even though i agree it is a corporate chain resturant, i love it there and go once sometimes twice a week.

Baja Burrito's good!!.
Well, first of all, they didn't fax the menu the first time we called. I called to place a to-go order and was told to call back after 1:30. 1:30?? Lunch is over by then! No to-go orders because they're too busy at lunch. Well, they wouldn't be if they let people call in their orders. Therefore, we went with Baja Burrito, who lets you call in your order BEFORE lunch is over. (And it was delicious!)

Vegetarian Friendly.
I am a vegetarian and a student at Vanderbilt, so I am always looking for good veggie alternatives in the area. I know we have a bunch of burrito places in town, but I really urge you to give this one a shot. It doesn't have the independent charm of Baja, but its variety is a welcome change. Try the Vegetable Burrito. It departs from the standard beans and rice fare to over a burrito generously stuffed with fresh zucchini, scallions, eggplant and sweet red peppers. Plus, you can easily avoid the sour cream and cheese if you have vegan leanings. It is a refreshing alternative. The only real downside to the place is the obviously corporate, pre-packaged atmosphere and terrible music that is usually playing way too loudly. Oh well, get a to-go order.
