Carpet Concepts Made Me Look Like a Rockstar!. I called Carpet Concepts to recieve a quote on laminent hardwood flooring for two rooms at the office of my new employeer. They arrived onsite with tape measure in hand WITHIN THE HOUR! Took measurements and had a quote and sample to me the next day! My employeer was so impressed with the timeliness as well as their willingness to work around the time schedule that I had. The flooring was installed the Tuesday after the floods in between the appointments that we had on the books. Very impressive!

Great Overall Experience. Everything about the experience was great.

Better products and better prices than the other stores I compared.

They excelled with their customer service efforts. (I have worked retail and know what it's like!)

Will recommend to others.

Great Flooring Store. These guys know flooring. It's not like the big box stores where they read the labels to you when you ask a question. I never realized there were so many details to flooring. Having someone who knows what works and what doesn't makes a HUGE difference. And they weren't high pressure selling either. Cantrell12 must have shopped somewhere else - I didn't have any of those problems - and the pricing was very good.

Be prepared to waste a lot of gas going back and forth to the warehouse to get your items.. If you are looking for professionals to handle your expensive products, they are not the ones. I purchased some expensive bathroom tile, and had to go to the warehouse 3 times because pieces(s) were broken each time I scheduled the appt to go to the warehouse. You must go to the warehouse during the times they are available not when it is convenient for you. Be prepared to know exactly how must product you will need because they offer no assistance. They can tell you which product is the highest to the lowest but if you have questions regarding measurements or need to know how much you need to buy based on the measurements that you give them, WRONG. THEY KNOW NOTHING. The products are very expensive and can be found at other carpet stores a lot cheaper and with better customer service. Oh, just in case, they have a restocking fee that you will not know about until you buy something and it breaks. Believe me, this is not the place you want to deal with unless you have a lot of time on your hands

Make sure you nail them down.. After twice being told that we were ready to go ... no show. After excuses for 2 weeks and the uncertainty of the 3rd we went to another who was upfront, honest, and more importantly got the job done professionally and on time. Saved $1000.
