Best Waxing Experience...EVER. I moved to the Nashville area just over a year ago. I kept looking for places that did Brazilian waxing only to find that finding places are not as easy as I thought it would be. A colleague told me about Seraphim and so I started going. Angie just started working at Seraphim and she is amazing. The most painless experience I have ever had. She is in a class all her own. Thank goodness Angie is at Seraphim. I also love that as soon as I walk through the door, the visit is very personable. I am greeted by name and always offered something to drink. I love this salon!!!! I have an appointment to get my hair done next week and am so excited! They will definitely spoil and pamper you!

Great Experience At Seraphim. I had an excellent experience at Seraphim salon. I recently moved to Donelson, and through mutual friends, learned that my favorite stylist from a few years back, was at Seraphim...just around the corner. I had been a client of Sam's before she took some time to teach, (lucky students) and I had been trying to find someone to fill her shoes ever since.

My entire experience was enjoyable, there was no loud obnoxious music, and every single person working there greeted me with a smile and made a point to say hello. I love Aveda products, and Sam, (as always) did a killer job on my color.

If you want a stylist you can trust, go see Samantha Mason. Seraphim is a cozy little spot for a day of pampering.

Great massage at Seraphim. I have had over 30 massages in the past and the hot stone Swedish massage with Donna was the best by far. It was very relaxing - just what I wanted.

Great hair salon, spa not so much. I love, love, love getting my hair done by Jana - or Kristy...they are wonderful colorists and cutters. That being said, do not waste your money on massage. She is horrible masseuse and I've had them all over the world. it's not really a massage more like she's just kneading dough?? The facialist was great. Not pushy with products and gave a better massage than masseuse. Stick with hair and skin and it's great.

Great Salon!!. Mindy was my stylist and did an amazing job! I have naturally blonde hair and stylists tend to overdo my highlights leaving me looking like a playboy bunny - Mindy made my highlights look so natural and I also love the way she cut my hair! Prices are very reasonable and I would recommend Seraphim to all my friends!

Michalyn is the best!. Michalyn is the best! I have thick, naturally wavy hair and she works wonders! I let her do whatever cut/color she feels like and she always does something fun and cute! She has a way of matching my hairstyle to my personality. I get compliments on my hair constantly! I even had a hairstylist stop me and take photos of my hair so she could get her hair cut in the same style! Prices went up this year, but she is still worth it! I changed to Michalyn because my stylist at another salon wouldn?t change my cut or color no matter how much I begged. When I left there I always had long, blonde hair. Michalyn switches it up. I?ve had short, super short, growing it back out, blonde, brown, and brown with a hint of red. I am a big believer that hair is an accessory and shouldn?t stay the same way too long. I think you should switch it up and Michalyn does that for me; but she always makes sure it works with my hair type, skin tone and the shape of my face! Like I said she?s the best!

Dishonest stylist. I have been going to Seraphim for over 2 years and each time I get my hair done the price has fluctuated. This would not bother me if the stylist had advised me before service. I love Aveda and their products but will be going elsewhere in the future.

All the benefits of a top salon, without the attitude. I've been going to see Wendy at Seraphim for almost two years and I have never been disappointed. Though I've been a repeat client, Wendy has never taken me or my business for granted. Every time I come in she has been patient and willing to take the time to talk about what I want, is willing to try new ideas and she has never strayed from what we discuss. She really takes her time with every cut and her skill is evident- every time I leave I think "wow, this is the best cut she's given me!". Regarding the salon, it's very cute with ample parking and the staff is always very friendly and welcoming...nothing snooty about this high class salon! As another reviewer mentioned, they have a full selection of every Aveda product you could want! As if this wasn't enough the pricing for the salon is very reasonable. Before finding Seraphim I had been to some of the most expensive salons in town (and other cities) and Seraphim is one of the best I've found!

I still receive compliments on my hair. I will not go anywhere else to get my hair done. I have finally found my stylist. I have thick and curly hair and have been going to Michalyn for my cut and color. She does wonders to my hair. Seraphim is an Aveda concept salon and the color seems to last longer in my hair and I love their products. You should definitely go to Donelson to try it out. They have a relaxing atmosphere, easy parking and friendly staff.
