Very Disappointing and Terrible Experience

I have tried for several years to be a dedicated client but every time I try to make an appointment I become more disappointed each time. Since Natalie has been gone, no one hardly ever answers the phone and if they do they are rude and never know how to book the appointment correctly. I was scheduled for an appointment with the owner and waited 45 minutes and then was told she had was crying upstairs and could not do the service. I have paid quite a bit of money over the last few years and never see results and then when I check out they are constantly harrassing you to purchase a product. I would not recommend this salon or spa to anyone.

My name is Mandy Thomas-Sumerall and I am Director of Product Development and Business Practice Consultation for The Spa Group. We are two seperate intities. Unfortunately, this disasterous client belongs to us, and is in no way associated with La Bella Salon and Spa. This review will be removed within three to five buisness days, per City Search. It was suppose to be removed last week, however, there was a system crash, and therefore they were unable to do so at the time. It is sad and we feel remorse on behalf of Miss Tisdale that she cannot stay in business. We feel this is primarily due to her lack of social awareness in common business practices, as you can see above. She has in her posession, a machine that we, The Spa Group, sold to her on "faith". She has generated plentiful revenue with this machine, but has yet to pay for it! We have simply requested either the return of the machine, or the pay off. Neither of which, have been satisfied. We have been forced to take legal action against Miss Tisdale, since she has no recourse of correcting her mal payment. She has resorted to means such as these. We feel if she would spend this energy promoting her business, she would not be in the state she is in. We wish Miss Tisdale the best of luck
