GREAT SPA FOR EVERYONE!!! – I drive from out of town to go to this Spa! It is that wonderful. I would NOT go anywhere else. They have great prices for the services offered. I have never not seen a smile on the faces of customers and staff. Everyone is very pleasant and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Consultations are FREE!!! Which is one of the reasons I started going to this spa from out of town. They gave me a reason to drive a few hours, for great service. You can't get that anywhere. I have been doing the Cellusleek treatments my last 4 visits. IT IS WONDERFUL! I would NEVER do a body wrap over this! You don't get half the results from a bodywrap in the time frame you do from Cellusleek! If you are unhappy with the cellulite treatments you should try working out and doing the treatments. Only going to the spa isnt going to get you in shape! So the money spent is totally worth it!!! This is a upper end spa and you get upper end care. I would not go anywhere else and I will continue to drive from out of town to visit my spa specialist ASHLEY!!! She is so kind and I always recommend all my clients and friends to her! I couldnt be more happy with Ashley and La Bella Spa and Salon!!! I will always be faithful to you!!!!
The Original Spa in Williamson County STILL wins – This is a very high end spa. All of the staff try their hardest to meet everyones needs as best as they can. There aren't any charges for the consultations at ALLL!!! Which is really nice because you never get to completely try something for free now -a-days.. The skin care, Issima, is beautifully wrapped as well as makes your face feel incredible afterwards. Their new machine, the Cellusleek, is a wonder. People don't understand that cellulite is NOT going to go away after one treatment... THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!! Let's be real folks; Cellulite is treated by subdermal therapy and there are very few machines that target cellulite. The staff is very professional and thoroughly explains everything they do. Betty Harris is an AMAZING woman who tries her hardest to meet her client's goals. She truly cares about people and can remember her clients all the way back from a decade ago. This spa is wonderful
I'm shocked by the review below – I am shocked to read the review below. My experience with the Cellusleek treatment was wonderful. Yes, it is a pricey treatment but my consultant very clearly laid out the pricing before I agreed to anything. She was very sweet, understanding, patient and thorough. I always felt confident that I was in the best of hands, getting excellent care, and certainly never being pushed into anything. I have had several treatments from the same person and have always enjoyed her attentiveness and precision. I look forward to working with her again and again.
BEWARE OF THIS SPA!!! – I couldn’t have had a worst experience. I should have read the reviews listed here before I considered going to this spa. My intention was to have a body wrap but when I saw in their website about the cellusleek it definitely call my attention. It's the Rolls Royce of any body contouring available!!! Yeah! what they don’t put in their website is that you will need many of the $250 treatments. IT IS NOT A ONE TIME TREATMENT LIKE A BODY WRAP. When I got there for my consultation, I was told I will need 10 treatments for my stage 1-2 cellulite but that she will give a deal and work with me. Fool of me that I considered for a moment to spend $2,000 when I only went for a one time treatment of $250. Only when she was done, she told me I would need to pay the $2,000 at front to get the deal of the $200 instead of the $250. What a deal???.. What a rip off!!!.. Not only that I didn’t get the results I wanted for a one time experience but also I lost $250.. As the majority of these reviews, I would not recommend this spa to ANYONE!!.. They definitely kept their promise on their website.. La Bella e Famosa Spa will assist you in getting results or we promise to give your old body back!
Favorite Spa – I've been going to La Bella for several years, and have never had a bad experience! The staff is courteous and knowledgeable without being "stuck up". I highly recommend the dermabrasion and massage! The owner (Betty) is gracious and professional. After each visit I leave relaxed and looking fabulous.
Love Love Love LaBella – If you want to feel pampered and special, LaBella is the place to go. I have been going for approximately 5 years and absolutely love it. The owner and staff always make you feel special each time you walk in the door. From their body treatments to facials, you can't go wrong at LaBella. For all women and men, if you want to feel like a queen or king, LaBella is definitely your #1 choice.
Rebutle – My name is Mandy Thomas-Sumerall and I am Director of Product Development and Business Practice Consultation for The Spa Group. We are two seperate intities. Unfortunately, this disasterous client belongs to us, and is in no way associated with La Bella Salon and Spa. This review will be removed within three to five buisness days, per City Search. It was suppose to be removed last week, however, there was a system crash, and therefore they were unable to do so at the time. It is sad and we feel remorse on behalf of Miss Tisdale that she cannot stay in business. We feel this is primarily due to her lack of social awareness in common business practices, as you can see above. She has in her posession, a machine that we, The Spa Group, sold to her on "faith". She has generated plentiful revenue with this machine, but has yet to pay for it! We have simply requested either the return of the machine, or the pay off. Neither of which, have been satisfied. We have been forced to take legal action against Miss Tisdale, since she has no recourse of correcting her mal payment. She has resorted to means such as these. We feel if she would spend this energy promoting her business, she would not be in the state she is in. We wish Miss Tisdale the best of luck
CELEBRITY EXPERIENCE!!!!!! – I felt like I should have been watching out for paparazzi when I got to the spa. It is so seclusive, I felt like I was a celebrity; getting that special treatment that everyone wants to know about. Well I just could not keep it my little secret for long! It is absolutley AMAZING! I had to find some way to let people know about the AAAAMAZING results that I had. I though that I was going to be stuck with cellulite for ever. Can I just say I want to wear shorts in the winter now!? Searously, I am buying one of those machines My face? I thought my acne would never go away but the owner herself sat down with me analyzed my skin, and completely rescued my complection with her wonderful products. (they smell amazing and are so plesant to use by the way.) THANK YOU LA BELLA!
Very disappointing experience at this spa/salon!!! – Was so looking forward to the facial appointment that I had set after having heard and read nice things about LaBella. I could not have been more disappointed in this service, and this was by FAR not my first rodeo!! I was very disappointed when the aesthetician launched right into a facial routine without even turning the light on to look at my skin!! I've NEVER had someone not do an evaluation of my skin before or make her own observations/comments about what "issues" I have with my skin! How does one know the right service to provide without doing an initial evaluation/consultation that goes beyond one question "what issues do you have with your skin that you want to improve?" Professionals should actually LOOK at clients' skin!!! I was most disappointed that nearly the entire hour I was with this person I was being subjected to a sales pitch! Products, services, products, services, products and if you buy this package today we can offer you a discount and a gift certificate...ugh!!! I just want to get thru today and feel like you actually CARE about me and my having an enjoyable salon experience so I'll WANT to come back, rather than so blatantly attempting to use me to line your pockets with commission money!! I was sooooooo dissapointed and needed to have this time to enjoy and relax. This person clearly has a difficult time understanding the need to establish rapport with a client before launching into major sales pitches right out of the gate!!! Needless to say, I will not return, but will go back to the place where I receive the appropriate, professional and OTT-sales-pitch-free salon experience that I expect to receive. I'm up for purchasing all kinds of salon products and services once I've been a time or two more and you have earned my trust first! I'd like to see for myself in the coming days that what you've recommended that I purchase actually works. That takes a few days after the initial visit to ascertain!
Worst exp ever **Turned around and made right. – #2*
I decided to return after speaking to the Spa director. She put me with two very spectacular ladies that took great care of me. If you are looking for a place to make right a wrong this is one of those places. My second exp. was much better and it was worth my time. I recommend that you very clearly have the scheduler repeat back to you what she has you scheduled for to insure there are no scheduling mistakes. I also recommend that if its your first visit ASK for an experienced therapist to service you. Upper Management grade A. I appreciated the experience and can say I will most likely go back. It means a lot to me and I am sure others when the service has the backing to insure satisfaction, as this establishment has.
I called ahead to book an appointment on Friday for the pedicure and swapped the massage for a facial&WAX. On Wed. (2 days prior) the week I was due to the spa I had to cancel, I called to reschedule for the following week on Tuesday. I arrive we walk back to the room and she has the wrong facial treatment scheduled that would not allow waxing. We worked that out and proceed to the treatment. Everything seemed to be fine and the massage part of the facial was great, although I was not told anything about what she would be doing to me or putting on my face, remember this is the first time at this establishment. We had small talk I let her know I was scheduled to have a pedicure after her, nothing was said to dispute or question. After the wax and the massage (seemed very quick) I am not asked did I like what was done give a mirror or ask was everything ok, I was pushed quickly to a waiting area, where I waited. I waited for 30 minutes as I was told someone would come. After 30 minutes went to the front desk to question when I could get my pedicure, there are not even people scheduled to do them, the schedule taker had scheduled me incorrectly & nothing could be done. Then I was just insulted as though some part of her mix up was my fault.
