Great place to get a 5 star Spa treatment !!. I have had the best spa experience a person could at LaBella E Famosa.......I highly recommend you trying one of their many spa services !! The micro-derm's are great and one my favorite's now, is the photo facial with instant result's.....and it's nice to unwind in the relaxtion room with soft music and a glass of wine !! Thank you LaBella for being here in coolspring's..you guy's are are great !! I will be seeing you soon for my cellu- sleek...I want to be able to take the shirt off at the pool this year! :)

THANK YOU!!!. My name is Amber, I have met a few of you in the Spa over the last 2 months. I searched for a spa for a while until one of my sorority sister's mothers suggested La Bella. She is a regular and has been going for years, and ALWAYS looks like she should be on a magazine cover so I took her up on it. Once she found out I wanted to go to get ready for my wedding, she bought me the works...facials, body treatments, waxing and spray tans. I have been pleasantly surprised since day one and thought it was just a beautiful spa with friendly employees. My last couple sessions have been with a petite girl my size and I somehow felt a connection with her because we kind od look like we could be sisters. She is also the spa manager so I knew i was in for a good treat, I mean if the Spa manager works on clients, who wouldnt want that!?! Ive been seen by a few girls who have been awesome, I only speak on Ashley because she introduced me to a treatment that has helped me fit into all my new spring clothes but most importantly MY WEDDING DRESS! This machine helps remove cellulite some how (I dont understand the science, but ladies, it works, I am living proof!), and if I am not mistaken the owner invented it, ASK ABOUT IT, it is amazing. Anyway enough about that, I might as well have wrote a book, I am just so excited. My sincerest appreciation for the excellent experience, and I cant wait to see you girls after my honeymoon! Wish me luck. I am so glad my friend's mom sent me to La Bella. Good spas are hard to find, and I no longer have to worry about that! :) Oh the girl who is the manager and could be my twin...her name is Ashley (thanks again sweetie for the wedding gift!) I will bring you something back from Italy! ;)

Love Love Love LaBella. If you want to feel pampered and special, LaBella is the place to go. I have been going for approximately 5 years and absolutely love it. The owner and staff always make you feel special each time you walk in the door. From their body treatments to facials, you can't go wrong at LaBella. For all women and men, if you want to feel like a queen or king, LaBella is definitely your #1 choice.

Very disappointed - Please do not patronize this business!. I would not even give this Salon one star, but was required to do so to write a review. I went to this salon for a facial which wasn't the best I've ever had, but was still decent. I made the mistake of chatting with the owner and telling her that I was going to be getting married in a few months. Upon check out I was hounded into purchasing a package of "body wraps" that the owner assured me would make me look wonderful for my wedding day. This was clearly my mistake, but I really feel like the owner took advantage of the fact that I was about to be married and preyed on the fact that I was nervously preparing for my wedding.

A few days after signing the contract, I was notified that my fiancé was being transferred to Louisville, Kentucky with his job. I also began looking for employment and managed to get a transfer with my company as well. Before I had even set foot in La Bella Salon for one of my "body wraps" I called to cancel my package. I explained my reason, that I would be LIVING OUT OF THE STATE and could clearly not come to Franklin for weekly body treatments. I was told I could not cancel my contract and would have to speak with the owner. I asked that she call me at her earliest convenience. Several days later, after hearing nothing back, I called again to speak to the owner and again was told she was unavailable. I received no follow up phone call. A week after that, I received a phone call from the appointment desk to confirm my first body wrap appointment scheduled for the next day! You can imagine my frustration at my realization that nobody had taken my name off the books, nobody had expressed my interest to speak to the owner, and nobody was even making an effort to discuss my issue with me.

I sent a letter via requesting that my contract be canceled via certified mail. I also sent several emails and have tried without success to speak to someone at this company. Without my conscent, my credit card was charged over $1,000, and I am in continued disputes with my credit card company to remove the charges.

I have since moved to Louisville, and have celebrated my wedding. I do understand the importance of contracts, but I certainly expected to be treated with a shred of respect, if not compassion with regard to my situation. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Please do yourself a favor and spend your money with businesses in our community that value your patronage and work for your business.

OMG! TALK ABOUT A BOOST OF BEAUTY. So, I had four weeks to feel great in a bikini... we've all been there...

I work out. I eat healthy. I've never felt confident about my waistline or the cellulite on the back of my legs. I met Gloria Exum, one of La Bella's prima massage therapists through a mutual friend and she convinced me Synergy treatments in conjunction with wraps would get me in shape in time for the Songwriter's Fest in Key West just four weeks later.

I was skeptical. I mean, I'd been working out and dieting like crazy, I was training for the half marathon!... and NOTHING was helping the back of my legs look less lumpy or getting my waistline where I wanted it to be.

I committed to four weeks of treatments. I continued with my diet and exercise. Let me tell you, I felt like a MILLION bucks trotting around Key West. Through everything I've ever done, Synergy treatments smoothed the back of my legs, toned my arms and tummy, lifted and smoothed my bum... the wraps helped me feel toned and slim.

I have NEVER felt better about myself!!!!

The staff at La Bella is so friendly and they made me feel like part of their warm, happy family.

I will be a client for LIFE!

SUPERWOMAN. I'm Kirsten Harris, daughter of Betty Harris the owner. She had me at 18 years old and still went to school and pursued her dreams. She is captivating and charismatic and I wouldn't trade her for anything! She likes to start projects from the ground up and and take them all the way to the top. She does everything 110 % and she is the hardest worker that I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Her clients are her number one priority (right after her family of course) and her business is incredibly successul. I'm immensly proud of her and anyone who is fortunate enough to receive services from La Bella e Famosa should consider themselves lucky!!!! I love you mama <3

P.S. - the people making up the fake reviews are mostly ex-employees who wish they were still part of such an incredible establishment!!! sorry guys.... better luck next time! :)

Best Massage In Town. I recently visited La Bella e Famosa salon for a massage and was blown away by the quality and and dedication of the staff. Their main concern was that I was as comfortable as possible even while waiting for my appointment to start. I arrived a few minutes early and was told I could wait in their "relaxation room" while I was waiting to start, which is a WAY better way to start than any other spa that I have been to. The massage was by far the best that I have ever had and I have recieved several over the past couple years. All my massage therapist cared about was that I was comfortable and that I left feeling 100% better than I did when I arrived.

The location is very convenient and easy to get to. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a massage or a day to relax, be treated like royalty, and go home feeling like a new person!

GREAT SPA FOR EVERYONE!!!. I drive from out of town to go to this Spa! It is that wonderful. I would NOT go anywhere else. They have great prices for the services offered. I have never not seen a smile on the faces of customers and staff. Everyone is very pleasant and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Consultations are FREE!!! Which is one of the reasons I started going to this spa from out of town. They gave me a reason to drive a few hours, for great service. You can't get that anywhere. I have been doing the Cellusleek treatments my last 4 visits. IT IS WONDERFUL! I would NEVER do a body wrap over this! You don't get half the results from a bodywrap in the time frame you do from Cellusleek! If you are unhappy with the cellulite treatments you should try working out and doing the treatments. Only going to the spa isnt going to get you in shape! So the money spent is totally worth it!!! This is a upper end spa and you get upper end care. I would not go anywhere else and I will continue to drive from out of town to visit my spa specialist ASHLEY!!! She is so kind and I always recommend all my clients and friends to her! I couldnt be more happy with Ashley and La Bella Spa and Salon!!! I will always be faithful to you!!!!

The Original Spa in Williamson County STILL wins. This is a very high end spa. All of the staff try their hardest to meet everyones needs as best as they can. There aren't any charges for the consultations at ALLL!!! Which is really nice because you never get to completely try something for free now -a-days.. The skin care, Issima, is beautifully wrapped as well as makes your face feel incredible afterwards. Their new machine, the Cellusleek, is a wonder. People don't understand that cellulite is NOT going to go away after one treatment... THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE!! Let's be real folks; Cellulite is treated by subdermal therapy and there are very few machines that target cellulite. The staff is very professional and thoroughly explains everything they do. Betty Harris is an AMAZING woman who tries her hardest to meet her client's goals. She truly cares about people and can remember her clients all the way back from a decade ago. This spa is wonderful

I'm shocked by the review below. I am shocked to read the review below. My experience with the Cellusleek treatment was wonderful. Yes, it is a pricey treatment but my consultant very clearly laid out the pricing before I agreed to anything. She was very sweet, understanding, patient and thorough. I always felt confident that I was in the best of hands, getting excellent care, and certainly never being pushed into anything. I have had several treatments from the same person and have always enjoyed her attentiveness and precision. I look forward to working with her again and again.
