Do not go to this place!! Total ripoff and now I'm stuck in a contract I got conned into. No relaxation when as soon as you sit down you are bombarded with sales pitches to get their so called package deals. I'm stuck but I'm hoping by other readers reading this you can save your time and money by not going here. If this company had just given me my money back this review may have not been written!!

Cellusleek is amazing! I've tried other remedies for cellulite including the Accent treatment at Sona Medspa and SmoothShapes from a nashville plastic surgeons office. I've seen better results with the Cellusleek treatments. It has really helped with the bumpiness and laxity of my skin. Jennifer is wonderful and very knowledgeable. I feel they are very low pressure in their sales technique. They truly want you to be happy with your services. I highly recommend!

I have been going to La Bella e Famosa spa for several years now; in fact, I am a VIP there. Going in often and having several of the various services I feel I can objectively say that La Bella has the best staff I have ever encountered. They are all about the results I wanted to achieve and did anything and everything to help get me there.. When I started there I wore a size 10 and they were tight! I had never been that big before.. I was very uncomfortable in my own skin. Have the CelluSleek treatments and later the Medilift was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time. I am so happy..

I absolutely love this place!! I've been to high-end spas all over the country -- and this is certainly the premier spa of the greater Nashville area.

Don't waste your time or money....this is the biggest rip off I have ever encountered. Very Unprofessional, The place is not up to health standards in my opion. You are quaranteed all this and that and come out with nothing but bruises and pain through out part of your treatment. Definately should not be considered as a spa. They actually had people working in the building banging and making all kinds of noise as your trying to relax.....not a spa....My first visit I stood there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to wait on me. They tell you to go sit in the relaxation room. HAHAHAHA...I am sick with results I have very there experience.

My opinion Don't waste your money. My personal opinion is this is a rip off! Bait and switch! I felt the facility was unsanitary at best. Did not appreciate the sales pressure. How can you relax and enjoy a treatment when you are hounded to buy packages, not to mention I was physically hurt by the treatment with major brusing that continued to appear noticeable even after 5 days after the treatment.

My opinion proceed with caution.

OOMPA LOOMPA. I have received a spray tan from la bella twice, both times were terrible. They take you to a room that looks like a closet, they did not have the machine ready for use before I arrived and set it up with me in the room. The machine splattered the tanner over me instead of an even application like at other places. Because the machine was splattering it ran down be like water, leaving those lines after it dried. The girl giving the spray tan did not seem to know what she was doing. During the spray tan, the girl left several times leaving me standing there. They give you no lotion to keep the tanner from setting into your knuckles, elbows and nails. They provide nothing for you to stand on so the bottom of your feet turn very orange. After she was done with the spray tan she handed me a hair dryer and told me to dry myself. When the tanner dried it was so orange, it didn't even look good.

This was by far the worse spray tan I have ever received and it was definitely not the relaxing experience I expected from a "spa". During the time I was there I could hear people stomping up and down the stairs to the employee only area. What kind of "spa" does that?

I will never return to La Bella. Worst experience ever. I could get better service at sun tan city from a booth.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.

THANK YOU!!!. I recently purchased a day of relaxation for my mother and her best friend. When I embarked on this mission to provide my mother with a day of pure bliss I didn't realize there were so many options in the Nashville are.

It seemed that each place I either talked to or website I perused, I became increasingly confused or frustrated with. That's until I spoke with a staff member of La Bella! Immediately I was greeted with pleasantries and confidence I had contacted the best spa in the area.

The young lady explained to me all the services that were available, along with pricing. I told her that I was a very busy but would take notes and call her back with a decision.

Well shortly thereafter, I received a call from the same young lady. To my surprise, she had taken the time to put together a couple of packaged options that she thought would satisfy my request for a day at the spa! I couldn't believe that someone had actually taken the time to research options for me and be proactive. What a relief.

I immediately gave her my credit card information and booked the appointments. Now, I just hoped that the services would be as wonderful as the customer service, so far.

The day had come for my mother and her best friend to venture into the land of pure bliss! I had been at work for several hours, and although I was consumed with many deadlines for the day, I couldn't help but wonder from time to time how thing were going at La Bella. Afterall, I had invested a nice amount to ensure they would be taken care of.

Well, sometime in the afternoon, I received a phone call from my mother. Before I could ask how things had gone, she cut right in and began to furiously thank me for an amazing experience. She went on to explain how from the time she walked in to the time she left, the personal attention and pampering never stopped! The staff were so very attentive and made sure they were happy and without needing anything. She went into detail about the facials and massages, etc....

All I would really like to say to the owner and staff of this wonderful spa is: THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!

Very Thankful. I have had a few clients bring some of these comments to my attention as of late and therefore, decided to address them although they truly don't bother me.

Rather than spending valuable family time composing rebuttles I will just say that I'm very proud of all of my children. My two biological children in addition to my two adopted children. It's very sad that 5th, 6th and 7th graders, in addition to my 19 year old daughter would have to read and/or hear such things about their mother and siblings.

I will be happy to address any relevent questions. I also look forward to the day when others can be inspired by witnessing the outcome of an individual who never gave up and never will.

Thanks to those who patronize La Bella e Famosa. I appreciate it from the bottom of my heart. It was with sweat, blood and tears that it is what it is today. Zero capitol and a lot of hard work. A special thanks to my past and present staff who have worked very hard to ensure La Bella's success.

I will continue spending many hours each day focusing on how to improve the world of body contouring both nationally and internationally as well as raising my children into the wonderful adults they will become. I have a special place in my heart for foster children and will be working on several programs this upcoming year to bring awareness to what society can do concerning this pressing matter (look for developments on the labellafamosa website)

Please contact the spa for further communication as city search is nothing more than a trashy tabloid when used in this manner and I don't intend to ever look at it again.

Great spa. I have visited la bella a few times. I have met the owner Betty. She was very nice. The spa manager Ashley and I completed the esthetics program at the same school. She is one of the nicest and most honest people I have ever met. She is highly skilled at her profession, even in school I knew she would be amazing. She retained a high amount of clients even in school. Any time that I have ever visited la bella I have always been impressed.
